Abstract

PURPOSE:To quantize immaterial intentions of using and atomsphere by generating a graph which represent a recurrence formula in which two couples of image evaluation words are selected, and making a display at an evaluated position in the graph. CONSTITUTION:Photographs A1-A20 of different interiors are evaluated by a tensing person. In this case, the testing person makes an answer for every photograph by marking an investigation form with a circle, etc. In this case, image evaluation words (couple of adjectives) of atomsphere are expressed in general seven stages. Two couples of adjectives are selected by a multiple recurrence analysis and graphed. Coordinate conversion is performed so that each intention Y of using coincides with a horizontal axis, and the 20 photographs A1-A20 are stuck at respective evaluation points.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] (Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to an interior evaluation scale that is useful for setting the intended use and atmosphere of a building or space in the field of architecture, particularly interior design. Yes,
〇 (prior art and its problems, etc.) regarding interior evaluation scales that quantify subjective, arbitrary and intangible usage intentions and atmosphere related to interiors and relatively position them as concrete and realistic tangible evaluation scales. ) Until now, in the field of architectural planning and design, there has been no established technology for how to design interiors to match the intended use and atmosphere of the building and its intended use.
Usually, designers and architects tour existing buildings and look at photos, etc., and then make decisions based on their research. On the other hand, since interior design is particularly subject to personal arbitrariness and subjectivity, it is difficult for a designer to provide a rational basis for creating a plan to present to a building owner. As a result, there were many cases where there was a lack of communication between the designer and the building owner during discussions and explanations of plan proposals, there was a lack of time and effort required to form a consensus, and there were many cases in which the designer and the building owner had to make adjustments due to lack of coordination. There have often been cases where the interior design was completed without any improvement in other interior design areas, resulting in regret.

(Purpose of the invention, problem to be solved) Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to rationally design interiors (buildings and spaces) that best suit the intended orientation and atmosphere based on the user's evaluation. It is an object of the present invention to provide an interior evaluation scale constructed as a tangible evaluation scale that can be obtained efficiently.

(Structure of the Invention, Means for Solving Charge Charges) In order to achieve the above object, the interior evaluation scale of the present invention is designed to survey a considerable number of subjects (users) from as wide a range as possible using actual objects or photographs of different interiors. The questionnaire is shown to the respondents and asked to evaluate (answer) using predetermined image evaluation words on a questionnaire prepared in advance. Based on the above answers, regarding intention to use, the percentage of people who answered "I want to use", and regarding atmosphere, 5 to 5 of each image evaluation word.
Aggregation is performed to calculate the average value of the 7-level evaluation scores. Then, based on the results of the aggregation, a formula for selecting two pairs of image evaluation words (hereinafter sometimes referred to as adjective pairs), that is, a multiple regression formula, is created using a statistical method, that is, multiple regression analysis. The selection method is 1. For example, for the usage intention "I want to use it with my family", the atmosphere is "calm-uneasy" and the adjective pair X1 is "bright-dark".
Choose two pairs of adjectives: X. That is, the first X
o is the adjective pair that has the highest correlation with the intention to use, and the second X is the adjective pair that minimizes the error between the value estimated from only Xo and the actual intention to use.

t, p, as a result of the above aggregation, the adjective pair X with the highest correlation
1 is an adjective that has a distribution that can be approximated by a straight line on the X-Y axis graph as shown in Fig. β is a constant) is obtained, then the result can be tentatively estimated by applying or replacing the estimation formula.

However, an error (residual difference) occurs between the actual value and the value obtained using the estimation formula ¥=αIX1+β. Therefore,
If we select the adjective pair X that has the highest correlation with the error, we end up with a regression equation using the two adjective pairs, Y=αIXl+α,
Xll+β is the formula with the highest accuracy (multiple regression analysis method).

In short, this estimation formula (regression formula) Y = α, Xi + αgX
a+β is the evaluation score of a certain adjective X1 and another certain adjective
This shows that when an evaluation point of 2 is obtained, the usage intention becomes like this. Therefore, on a graph representing the regression equation, especially a graph in which the adjective pairs Xl and Xz are orthogonally crossed and the coordinates are changed so that the usage intention Y is on the horizontal axis, the evaluation points of the photographs shown to the subjects are shown on the graph. The interior evaluation scale has been completed by displaying each location.

(Actually, according to this interior evaluation scale, even if the interior of the same hotel is the same, the intentions to use it are ``I want to use it with my family,'' ``I want to use it with friends and colleagues,'' ``I want to use it for work-related purposes,'' and ``I want to use it for work-related purposes.'' It is obvious at a glance that the evaluations differ depending on whether the person wants to use the service with a lover, and trends in mood, taste, etc. can be efficiently grasped and estimated as tangible quantification. Since it is the result of psychological analysis, it has a rational basis.

Therefore, by using this interior evaluation scale in an applied manner, designers can quickly rationalize the image of the target space based on the user's evaluation tendency when creating an interior plan proposal to disclose to the architect. Not only can it be set as 0, but also during discussions between the designer and the building owner, and when the designer explains the plan to the building owner.
