【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は椅子の背凭及び座板の改良に関し、その
目的とするところは背凭においては前枠、座板に
おいては上枠となる内枠と;背凭においては後
枠、座板においては下枠となる外枠とを重ね合せ
て背凭及び座板を形成するようにした構造におい
て内枠と外枠の結合を容易、確実にするとともに
結合用の部材が外部に露呈しないようにして結合
組立て後の外観を美麗にしようというものであ
る。

る欠点が残されていた。

したもので、以下添附した背凭の実施図例にて詳
説すれば、本案の背凭は両側又は後面中央部に下
向き開口とした背凭杆嵌合取付用の孔3を設け、
全周にわたつて周リブ2を屈曲形成した外枠1の
前面側に補強リブ条4……を一定間隔をおいて横
方向に、又は綱目状、格子状等の所望形状に設け
ており、各補強リブ条4……の前端に内枠5の後
面を当接させかつ該内枠5を周リブ2内に嵌合し
て取付け得るようになしている。而して内枠5は
基板6の前面にウレタンフオームその他のクツシ
ヨン体7を設け、その表面を被う布又は合成樹脂
製シートからなるシートカバー8の周縁を基板6
の後面に巻き込んで定着しており、該基板6の所
定位置に上向き(第1図では右向き)又は下向き
に統一して同一方向に屈曲掛止片9……を突出状
態で斜設し、当該各屈曲掛止片9を前記外枠1の
相応する補強リブ条4……に設けた取付孔10…
…に第3図に示すように嵌合させるとともに前記
屈曲掛止片9……の傾斜方向に対向させて基板6
の上端又は下端に形成した屈折縁11を外枠1の
周リブ2の上縁又は下縁の内面に接合し上縁又は
下縁の外側から螺合するネジ12にて締着して内
枠5と外枠1を結合するものである。屈曲掛止片
9は、前記基板6に対して斜設し、傾斜部分の斜
辺9′に突部13を形成するとともに、該斜辺
9′の先端部を前記屈折縁11方向に延長して基
板6と略平行に屈曲部9″を形成したものであ
る。該内枠5外枠1の結合に際して屈曲掛止片9
と取付孔10の嵌合掛止は、先づ第3図に示すよ
うに屈曲部9″を取付孔10に挿入し、周リブ2
に挿通したネジ12を前記屈曲縁11に螺合し
て、前記屈曲部9″が取付孔10内に深挿する方
向に嵌合し、斜辺9′の突部13を取付孔10の
内縁に当接した状態となして仮止めを行い、しか
る後に第1図に示すように内枠5を前方(図中上
方)から矢印のように押圧力を加えることによつ
て屈曲掛止片9を変型(傾斜)させて第4図に示
すように斜辺9′及び突部13を取付孔10に喰
い込ませて嵌合掛止状態となすもので、この時前
記した屈曲縁11も周リブ2の上縁又は下縁に接
合するものである。実施上外枠1は合成樹脂の一
体成形にて形成され、内枠5の基板6及び屈曲掛
止片9は鋼板又は合成樹脂材好ましくは鋼板にて
形成するものとする。尚、上記の構成はそのまま
椅子の座板として利用することができ、この場合
外枠1は座板の下枠となり内枠5は座板の上枠と
なり、前記した外枠1の背凭杆嵌合取付用の孔3
は省略し、代りに外枠1の下面に支柱取付部を形
成するものとする。
