部2に載置して容器1内に収納する。この時、内
容器1の底面5が前記容器1の底面6と間隔を生
じるようにしてある。なおこの内容器の底面は容
器1の底部に入れた水7がマイクロ波で加熱され
て発する蒸気の通る蒸気通孔8,8を多数設けて

するその蒸気は内容器3の蒸気通孔8,8を通つ
て内容器内に充満して材料9を蒸す。通常は内容
器内に充満した蒸気は蓋に接して冷却され結露し
て水滴となり落下する。この時材料に当つて品質
を低下する欠点があるが本案は上記した如く、蓋
がステンレスで作られているためアルミニユウム
に比しマイクロ波に対する損失が大きくジユール
熱を発して蓋自体が加熱されるため蓋に接した蒸
気が冷却されにくく結露が生じにくい。そのため
蒸し上り製品の品質の低下を防止できる。一方内
容器はアルミニユウムを使用したゝめ簡単にアル
マイト加工ができ蓋と接する部分に絶縁被膜を形
成して接触部での火花の発生を簡単に防止でき
