面の波形に沿つて仕上げなければならず非常にむ
ずかしいという問題があつた。

6より下方に突出させて成ることを特徴とする瓦
の加圧成形装置に係るものである。以下、本発明
を図示の実施例に基づいて詳述する。Aはスレー
ト製等の瓦であつて、製造工程は抄造後に加圧成
形し、最後に波付けをするようにしている。加圧
成形装置Bは下型1と上下動自在な上型2とから
なり、下型1はキヤリヤ板も兼ねている。

面取り刃5の側面にはトムリン刃のような切断刃
7が取着されてあり、切断刃7の刃先8は面取り
用面6と連続して下方に突出してある。12は刃

13とフエルト14を2層にして下型1に載せ、
次に上型2を下動させると中型4の加圧面3にて
加圧されて展開シート状の瓦Aが成形され、それ
と同時に瓦Aが切断刃7で切断されるとともに切

が形成されるのである。このようにして成形され
た展開シート状の瓦Aは第6図のように波付けが
施される。第7図は瓦の葺設状態を示してあり面
取り端面15を軒先方向に向けることにより瓦A
の重量感が増したり陰影がついたりして高級感を
引き出すことができる。

る複数枚取りの加圧成形装置Bでは瓦Aの両端に
面取り端面15が形成されて葺設作業がしやすく
なる。

と同時に面取り刃の面取り用面にて切断端面の面
取りが行われ、したがつて波付け加工前の瓦の面
取り部が予じめ形成できることとなつて瓦の面取
り部が美麗に仕上るという利点があり、更には製
造能率も向上するという利点がある。
