【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、ガソリンエンジン発電機に関するも

2が横架され、一端はフライホイル(図示せず)
を固着し、他端は発電機3内に突出しPTOの役
目を果している。シリンダブロツク1の側部には
側蓋4が多数のボルトによつて固着されている。
該側蓋4の外側には、第2図に示すように、円弧
状断片5の発電機取付ボスを発電機3の通しボル
ト6の数だけダイカストによつて一体成形してい
る。該円弧状断片5には通しボルトネジ孔7を刻
設し、隣り合う該円弧状断片5間に間隙8を設
け、冷却風の通路としている。そしてこの円弧状
断片5の外周に多数の冷却用長孔9を有する環状
のバンド10を巻装する。このような構成にして
いるので、ダイカスト割り方向がクランク軸2の
軸心方向のみとなり、金型を極力小さくすること
ができる。

発生することなく、その破断事故を防止してい
る。また、従来例ではつながり部11が少なかつ
たが、このつながり部11が帯板カバ18で拡大
され、丈夫になつた。
