Conventionally, in order to attach a resin product to other parts or to attach a bracket for attaching another part to a resin product to a resin sheet material that is the material of the resin product, a resin sheet material 1 is used as shown in Fig. 1. A protrusion 2 is integrally provided in the bracket attachment part of the resin product, and after the bracket 3 is inserted into the protrusion 2 during molding of the resin product, the protrusion 2 is heated and caulked with a soldering iron or the like, or the protrusion 2 is attached as shown in Fig. 2. After molding, a hole 4a is made in the resin product 4, and the resin product 4 is caulked with a rivet 5 to be attached.

However, in the former case, it is not only manual work, but also heat caulking, which causes the problem of deterioration of the caulked part, and it cannot be used unless it is 100% resin. Another problem was that it could not be used for materials such as wood. In addition, in the latter case, since the resin product requires drilling, the drilling and molding are separate processes, which not only increases the number of man-hours, but also causes variations in installation accuracy due to play in the holes. There was a problem.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a bracket fixed to the resin sheet material 12, and approximately in the center of the bracket 11 is a screw (not shown) that is a fixture for fixing a member to be attached (not shown) to the bracket 11. A screw hole 13 is provided as a fixing device holding portion into which a screw is inserted. The surface on which the screw hole 13 is drilled is a contact surface 19 that comes into contact with the member to be attached, and the contact surface 19 and the screw hole 13 form a contact surface 19 for attaching the member to be attached.

Further, the resin sheet material 12 is attached to the bracket 11 from opposite sides of the mounting surface 20 of the mounted member.
A stepped vertical surface 21 is formed integrally and bent at right angles toward the . The vertical surface 21 of the step part is formed to have a length corresponding to the distance between the resin sheet material 12 and the attachment part of the member to be attached, so that even if a fixing device such as a screw is connected at this distance, the fixing device will not attach to the resin sheet material 12. This is done so that it does not hit.

The resin sheet material abutting surfaces 22 on both sides are further covered with the resin sheet material 1 from the resin sheet material abutting surfaces 22.
Both resin sheet material contact surfaces 23 protrude to the 2 side.
An anchor portion 14 is formed integrally with the central portion of the anchor portion 14 and bent at a right angle. The anchor portion 14 penetrates through the resin sheet material 12 and is made larger than the thickness of the resin sheet material 12 so that the tip 14a of the anchor portion 14 is bent along the resin sheet material 12 and extended to a length that can be crimped. It is also slightly longer.

Next, a method of attaching the bracket 11 to the resin sheet material 12 when it is molded from an iron plate will be explained. (See FIG. 4) First, the bracket 11 is attracted to the magnet 16 embedded in the upper mold 15, and the bracket 11 is set at a predetermined position on the upper mold 15. The piece 17 is fitted into the recess 24 formed by the mounting surface 20 of the member to be mounted and the vertical surface 21 of the stepped portion to fill the recess 24.
Note that there is no problem in molding even if the piece 17 is not provided. After that, the resin sheet material 12 is set in the lower mold 18 and the mold is clamped.

As a result, the anchor part 14 of the bracket 11 is penetrated through the resin sheet material 12, and since the tip 14a of the anchor part 14 is formed slightly longer than the thickness of the resin sheet material 12, it hits the lower mold 18 and the resin sheet material 12 is penetrated. It is folded along the sheet material 12 and caulked. At this time, the upper surface side of the resin sheet material contact surface 22 is in contact with the upper mold 15, and the upper mold 15
Pressed by Furthermore, when the bracket 11 is caulked to the resin sheet material 12, the resin sheet material abutting surface 22 of the bracket 11 is in close contact with the resin sheet material 12, and the upper surface side of the resin sheet material abutting surface 22 is upward. While being pressed by the mold 15, the piece 17
The mounted member mounting surface 20 of the bracket 11 is connected to the mounting surface 20 of the bracket 11 via
Since the force of the upper die 15 applied to the upper die 15 presses between the anchor parts 14 of the resin sheet material 12, the resin sheet material 12 does not escape to the upper die 15 side at this part, so that accurate and reliable caulking is performed.

In the above embodiment, the case where the bracket 11 is attached to the front surface of the resin sheet material 12 has been described, but when the bracket 11 is attached to the back surface of the resin sheet material 12, the bracket 11 is set on the lower mold 18. In addition, the resin sheet material 12 in the above embodiment
is made of paper and resin made of polypropylene or the like into a predetermined shape. When the resin sheet material 12 is made of thermoplastic resin, it is heated in advance to soften it before being set in the mold, and then set in the lower mold 18.

FIG. 5 shows a case where the bracket 11 is mounted on an inclined surface. In this case, one side surface 17a, which is the lower part of the piece 17, is made substantially vertical to facilitate mold clamping and to reduce the flattening load on the bracket 11. It was designed to prevent this.

As described above, according to the present invention, the anchor portion of the bracket attached to the resin sheet material is formed slightly longer than the thickness of the resin sheet material, and the tip thereof penetrates the resin sheet material and follows the resin sheet material. Since the bracket is bent and swaged, it is possible to attach the bracket to the resin sheet material at the same time as the resin sheet material is molded by setting the bracket in the mold during press molding of the resin sheet material. can.

In addition, since the resin sheet material contact surface of the bracket is provided along the resin sheet material, the resin sheet material contact surface contacts the resin sheet material and presses the resin sheet material, so that Coupled with the fact that it can be installed at the same time as molding, the anchor part can be crimped accurately and reliably.

Furthermore, the vertical surface of the stepped portion of the bracket allows the mounting member to be mounted with a distance between the member and the resin sheet material, and the vertical surface of the stepped portion prevents the fixture from coming into contact with the resin sheet material. The mounting surface of the bracket for the member to be mounted or the contact surface of the resin sheet material can be used as a lock when the bracket is set in a mold. Moreover, since the tip of the anchor portion of the bracket is bent and caulked, the mounting strength can be improved. Further, according to the present invention, there is no need for drilling into the resin product or resin base material, or for heat crimping after molding, resulting in improved productivity.
