より突出した操作軸5の先端には、ツマミ7のボ
ス8が装着されている。このツマミ7の裏側には
スポンジ等の発泡弾性体9が設けられ、更に、ポ
リプロピレン製のシート等よりなる合成樹脂板1
0が設けられている。この合成樹脂板10はパネ
ル2の開口部6の周囲に一体的に突出した筒状例

また、合成樹脂板が当接するリブはパネルに一体
に設けたものであり、また、ツマミ側に取付けた
発泡弾性体および合成樹脂板は、簡単な構成でか
つ安価に得られるため、実用性に富むものであ
り、さらに、操作軸が若干偏心していたり、或い
は長さ方向の寸法が若干のバラツキがあつても、
発泡弾性体はこれを吸収するので、精密な工作精
度を必要とせずに製作でき、防水性の確保を確実
