Description

この発明はベンチレータグリル、特に左右上下
方向にその吹出方向を変化させ得るベンチレータ

介して他の各横ルーバ31………34を共同回転
させるものである。一方奥側(矢示D)にある縦
ルーバ4は左右方向(矢示E)の風向調整を行な
うもので、操作ノブ5の矢示E方向のスライドに
よつてラツク〔連結素子〕8とピニオン9とが噛
合し、先ず縦ルーバ4の1つの操作縦ルーバ40
がピボツト10を中心に横ルーバ3と交差する方
向(矢示F)へ回転し、これに他の縦ルーバ41
………44がリンク11を介して追随するように
なつている。操作ノブ5は操作ノブアツパ5aと
操作ノブロア5bとから成り(第4図)、この操作
ノブアツパ5aと操作ノブロア5bとに夫々形成し
た軸受体12a,12bによつて連結素子たるラツ
ク8が回転自在に支持されるようになつている。
尚、13は係合爪で、ピニオン9の下部の爪14
と操作縦ルーバ40の間に係入され、操作横ルー
バ30がいかなる角度状態にあつても常にラツク
8を水平に保ち、ピニオン9と確実な噛合が為さ
れるように機能するものである。尚15はグリル

一番奥に設定するのが必須と考えられ、この為、
横ルーバ3は必然的に一番手前側がバタつくこと
になり外観品質或いは操作性に於いて問題が生じ

て一体成形すると共に、第1ルーバの上記回転の
中心をグリル吹出口の最も手前側に設定し、且つ
連結素子と第2ルーバの1つとを互いに第1ルー
バの回転を吸収可能に鎖結合させたことを特徴と
