Traditionally, heart diagnosis has been carried out by listening to the heartbeat using a hearing instrument or by performing X-ray examinations, but neither of these methods were capable of accurately diagnosing the internal structure of the heart. Therefore, in place of such a method, ultrasonic diagnostic equipment has recently become popular. By using this ultrasound diagnostic device, the internal structure of the heart can be clearly seen without causing pain to the patient, contributing to cardiac diagnosis.

By the way, in order to know the internal structure of the heart using such an ultrasound diagnostic device, it is necessary to bring the probe attached to the ultrasound diagnostic device into contact with the skin surface of the patient's chest.

However, the chest wall and lungs are interposed between the probe that comes into contact with the skin surface and the heart, and the air contained there seriously impedes the resolution performance for understanding the internal structure of the heart1. Patients undergoing ultrasound diagnosis have a variety of body shapes depending on age, gender, etc., and due to individual differences in the chest, if the distance between the chest wall and the heart is long, the beam reach distance may deviate from the allowed resolution performance. Sometimes. Therefore, conventionally, patients who were lying on the bed moved on their own on the bed and tilted their upper body to reduce the distance between the chest wall and the heart, but it was painful to move the upper body and maintain it in a tilted position. This is especially difficult over a long period of time, and as a result, there is a problem in that precise resolution of the internal structure of the heart cannot be obtained.

The probe is connected to the main body of the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment by a cord, and during cardiac examination, the probe is held in place by the examiner's hands and comes into contact with the skin surface of the patient's chest, but it remains in place for a long time. It is a pain for the examiner to keep the probe in place, and the position of the probe sometimes shifts, making it difficult to accurately determine the precise internal structure of the heart.

The present invention has been made by focusing on such conventional problems, and includes a fixed bed part 2 on which the lower body of the patient lies in the longitudinal direction of the floor of the bed, and a fixed bed part 2 on which the patient lies on the upper body side. This movable floor part 3 is further divided into two parts in the transverse direction into a tilting part 5 and a supine part 6, and the tilting part 5, together with the supine part 6, is located only on the upper body side of the patient. The fixed floor part 2 is formed so that it can be raised and lowered freely in order to raise the patient's body, and can be tilted toward the supine part 6 in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in order to shift the patient's upper body side to the left lateral decubitus position. At one end of the reinforcing frame provided at the bottom, there is a probe support rod 2 that allows one end of the probe to come into contact with the skin surface on the upper body side of the patient who is placed in the left lateral decubitus position.
4 is fixedly installed, and this probe support rod 24 has a probe support tube 24a whose base end is fixed to the reinforcing frame, and this support tube 24.
It is inserted into the tip of #a l so that it can be raised and lowered freely,
It consists of a probe operating rod that can freely rotate within the support tube 24a and allow the probe attached to its tip to contact any desired position on the patient's skin surface. provide medical beds,
The purpose of this invention is to improve the resolution performance of the internal structure of the heart when examining the heart using an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus, and to solve the above-mentioned problems.

Next, to explain the operation of the medical bed 1 having the above configuration, first, the movable floor section 3 is brought down and adjusted to the same plane position as the fixed floor section 2, that is, the horizontal position, and then the patient is placed on the medical bed 1.
Have the patient lie down. After the patient lies down on medical bed 1,
When the handle 13 of the lifting device 10 is rotated to the right, that is, clockwise, the movable rod 12 extends from the support tube 11 while being screwed into the support tube 11, and when the movable rod 12 extends, the tip of the movable rod 12 The movable floor support frame 7, which is fixed to the floor, rises about the pivot shafts 8a and 8b as shown in FIG. Next, when the /'% lever 20 of the tilting device 17 is rotated to the right, that is, clockwise, the movable rod 19 of the tilting device 17 extends from the support tube 18 while being screwed into the support tube 18, and the movable rod 19 is extended from the support tube 18. When it is extended, the tilting part support frame 15 fixed to the tip of the movable rod 19 rises, that is, tilts toward the supine part 6 as shown in FIG. By this tilting of the tilting part support frame 15, the tilting part 5 of the movable floor part 3 placed on the tilting part support frame 15 is tilted toward the supine part 6, and the patient's upper body side is 60 degrees to the left side. be biased towards the position.

As a result, the heart moves to the left side, and the distance between the heart and the chest wall becomes closer, making it easier for ultrasound waves to reach the heart. Then, the probe 25 is brought into contact with the skin surface of the patient's chest that has been biased in this way to conduct a cardiac examination. It can be adjusted according to the size of the patient's body. Furthermore, the probe support rod 24
Since the probe 25 can freely rotate 360 degrees, the probe 25 can contact any position on the skin surface of the patient's chest.

When the heart examination is completed in this way, the tilting device 17
When the handle 20 is rotated to the left, that is, counterclockwise, the movable rod 19 is screwed into the inner peripheral surface of the support tube 18 and reduced to the support position 18, and when the movable rod 19 is contracted, the tilting part support is The frame 15 returns to the horizontal position, and the tilting part support frame 15
is stored in the movable floor support frame 7. Next, the lifting device 1o
When the handle 13 is rotated to the left, that is, counterclockwise, the movable rod 12 is screwed into the inner peripheral surface of the support @ 11 and contracted into the support cylinder 11. When the movable rod 12 is contracted, it is raised. The movable floor support frame 7 will be lowered and returned to the horizontal position.

(Effects of the present invention) According to the present invention, the patient is divided into two parts, a fixed floor part and a movable floor part, and this movable floor part is made up and down, so that the patient can move his/her body without moving his/her body. Ultrasound diagnosis becomes possible, making it easier for patients.

In addition, this movable floor section was further divided into two parts, and the tilting section was tilted so that it could be tilted toward the supine position, which moved the heart to the left side and brought the distance between the heart and the chest wall closer, making it easier for ultrasound to reach the heart. As a result, better resolution can be obtained.

Furthermore, we provided a probe support rod to which the probe is attached, so
During ultrasound diagnosis, there is no need for the examiner to hold the probe in their hands and touch the skin surface of the hook, which reduces the burden on the nurse and eliminates the risk of the probe slipping off the skin surface of the chest. This allows the probe to contact the skin surface accurately.

Furthermore, since the probe support rod is movable up and down, the probe can be brought into contact with the patient appropriately depending on the size of the patient's body.

In addition, since the probe support rod is rotatable, it is possible to move the probe to any desired position, which has the advantage of making it convenient to bring the probe into contact with the skin surface.
