Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain concentrated gelatinous soup for frozen noodles, storable without using a bag, and cookable in a short time, by adding agar powder, gelatin and/or sodium alginate to soup. で、極めて簡便に喫食し得る。また、本発明に係る敲縮
ゲル状スーゾは冷凍しても凍結凝固しないので、従来の
凍結タイプのスーツとは異なり、殊更解凍時間は必要と
せず、単に水好ましくは湯の江刺によって極めて短時間
(通常3〜6分間程度)K液体化なし得るものであるか
ら、美味な状態にて詞理麺の喫食が可能となる。
