The combination was a water-based ink eraser for water-based inks and an oil-based ink eraser for oil-based inks. The former type of water-based ink is made by dissolving water-soluble coloring components in a water-based solvent, and is used exclusively for writing on absorbent surfaces such as paper, but it is difficult to write on non-absorbent surfaces such as plastic film. It was hot.
The water-based ink eraser, which forms a pair with it, generally uses water as its main solvent because the coloring components of the water-based ink are water-soluble, and there are cases where the area must be wiped off with a cloth after erasing. In most cases, there is a risk of deterioration or damage to the erased portion, and it is also troublesome. Also, depending on the type of decolorizing component of the water-based ink eraser, it may be difficult to write repeatedly, and in such cases, it is necessary to add a neutralizing component to the ink component in advance to enable the above-mentioned repeated writing. It was impossible.

体に有害な物質であるという欠点があつた。 On the other hand, the latter oil-based ink can be written on both absorbing and non-absorbing surfaces, but since the handwriting made with this oil-based ink is water-resistant, coloring components such as dyes are non-water soluble. It was sexual. Therefore, the paired oil-based ink eraser also uses acetone, which can dissolve and disperse the coloring components.
It is composed by adding a decolorizing component to a single solvent or a mixed solvent such as benzene or methyl ethyl ketone. However, most of the decolorizing components for the water-insoluble coloring components that can stably exist in the solvent and perform the decolorizing action have the disadvantage that they are substances that are harmful to the human body.

使用しないで済む。 The writing implement of the present invention will be explained in detail below.
The ink contained in the writing part contains a color vehicle made by dissolving a soluble resin in a polar solvent excluding water, and a dye or an acid-base indicator that is soluble in water and becomes colorless in acidity. It consists of a coloring component. That is, it is an ink in which a coloring component such as the dye, which is water-soluble and soluble in polar solvents other than water and becomes colorless in acidic conditions, is dissolved in a polar solvent other than water. Therefore, this ink is an anhydrous ink in which the coloring component is water-soluble but the coloring agent does not contain water, so unlike general water-based inks, it is possible to write not only on absorbing surfaces but also on non-absorbing surfaces. . A surfactant may be added to the ink in order to improve the solubility of coloring components, resins, etc., improve the stability of the ink over time, and further improve the wettability on non-absorbing surfaces. This anhydrous ink is paired with an ink erasing liquid formed by dissolving an organic acid, which is a decoloring component for the coloring component of the ink, in a mixed solvent consisting of water and a polar solvent other than water. It is erased colorlessly by This ink erasing liquid is contained in the erasing section of the writing instrument. As mentioned above, since the coloring component of the ink is water-soluble and also soluble in polar solvents other than water, the paired ink erasing liquid dissolves and disperses handwriting in both water and polar solvents other than water. It can be the main solvent for
Therefore, according to the present invention, the ink erasing liquid evaporates immediately after erasing the ink handwriting, and there is no need to wipe it off unlike a general water-based ink eraser, and moreover, writing can be repeated immediately. Furthermore, the water, which forms part of the main solvent, also serves to control the volatilization rate of the erasing liquid and to facilitate the contact of the erasing liquid with handwriting on the non-absorbing surface due to the wettability of water. In other words, if the colored component is difficult to dissolve, the eraser is prevented from volatilizing before it is completely dissolved and dispersed, and by applying the eraser only once on the eraser, the water will wet the area. This ensures sufficient contact between the handwriting and the erasing liquid, thereby eliminating the need for repeated application operations. This prevents the colored components of the ink from moving toward the erasing section, and also prevents the ability of the erasing liquid from decreasing with frequency of use. Furthermore, the decoloring component does not decolorize water-insoluble coloring components like oil-based ink erasers, but it only needs to be able to decolorize water-soluble coloring components, so as mentioned above, substances harmful to the human body are not used. That's enough.

Volatile polar solvents include polyhydric alcohol ethers such as glycol monomethyl ether, ethylene glycol monoethyl ether, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, diethylene glycol monomethyl ether, and diethylene glycol monoethyl ether. These solvents are used alone or as a mixed solvent. Since water is removed, the handwriting dries quickly and its adhesion to the writing surface is improved. As the resin to be dissolved in the polar solvent, rosin, ester gum, ketone resin, and phenol resin may be used alone or in combination. The addition of this resin further improves the adhesion of handwriting, making it especially possible to write on non-absorbent surfaces.

Examples include succinic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, and citric acid. Among these organic acids, carboxylic acids such as citric acid are preferably used to enhance safety effects. A mixed solvent consisting of water and the polar solvent other than water dissolves and disperses the coloring component of the handwriting that is water-soluble and soluble in polar solvents other than water, and at the same time, the organic acid colors the handwriting. The components are decolorized by leuco form, etc., and immediately volatilized. This allows immediate and repeated writing.

The ink erasing liquid is composed of an organic acid dissolved in a mixed solvent consisting of water and a polar solvent other than water. Therefore, according to the writing instrument according to the present invention, unlike general water-based inks, it is possible to write on a non-absorbing surface as well as absorbing the ink using a water-soluble coloring component. Furthermore, since the resin is dissolved in the ink vehicle, the adhesion of writing to writing surfaces, especially non-absorbing surfaces, is improved. Furthermore, since the ink erasing liquid contained in the erasing part has the above composition, the ink handwriting can be easily and reliably erased, and the erasing liquid evaporates immediately after erasing.
Repeated writing is also possible. Unlike the erasing liquid for oil-based inks, the decolorizing component also only needs to be able to decolorize water-soluble coloring components, so safe organic acids such as citric acid can be used. The ink erasing liquid contained in the product does not contain any harmful substances that can have a negative effect on the human body, improving hygiene and safety.
