【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、芯体の把持並びに解放を芯体把持手
段と外軸との協働並びに解除によつて行なうよう
なした所謂レツドホルダー式の筆記具に関するも
ので、特に芯体把持手段よりの芯体の突出長さの
調整を容易にした筆記具に於ける芯体の突出長さ
調整機構に関するものである。

配置せられ、前記芯体把持手段2の先端部である
芯体把持部2aは、外軸1の先端部1a(芯体把
持部2aと協働する関係上、耐摩耗性、耐衝撃性
に富む材質が好ましい)との協働並びに解除によ
つて芯体5の把持並びに解放を行なうようにした
ものである。よつて、外軸1内(通常は中軸3
内)に収納された芯体を第1図筆記状態とする為
には、外軸1の先端部1aを下方に向け、中軸3
の後端部を押圧して弾撥部材4を圧縮せしめる
と、該圧縮と同時に芯体把持手段2が前進すると
共に外軸1の先端部1aと芯体把持部2aとの協
働が解かれ芯体把持部2aが外方に拡開し、自重
で落下した芯体が外軸1外へ突出するので、該突
出した芯体5の先端部を指等により支持するか或
いは机上等に押し当て突出長さを調整した後、中
軸3の押圧力を解いてやり、弾撥部材4の弾撥力
によつて芯体把持部2aを外軸1の先端部1aと
再度協働せしめ、芯体5を把持し筆記状態として
いた。ところが、このような芯体を突出させる動
作において、芯体の突出長さの調整は煩わしいも
のであり、しばしば不便を感じるところであつ
た。

ツパー部材5aが止着せられているが、該ストツ
パー部材5aは図示していないが、芯体5に対す
る移動並びに止着をより確実にする為にその内方
に小突起を設けることもできる。よつて、芯体把
持部2aを下方に向け(芯体5が自重で芯体把持
手段2内に落下する)、弾撥部材4の弾撥力に抗
して中軸3の後方を前方に向かい押圧すると、芯
体把持手段2が前進し、突部1bが芯体把持手段
2の外壁と当接し、前記空間Sがなくなり、芯体
把持部2aは外軸1の先端部1aとの協働が解か
れ半拡開状態となる(第3図参照)。芯体把持部
2aが半拡開状態の場合、芯体把持部2aは芯体
5の把持を解放するが、芯体5のストツパー部材
5aの通過を許容しない(芯体把持部2aより外
方に抜け出ない)状態に保持せられている。この
第3図の状態において芯体5の突出長さの調整を
行なうが、例えば、突出長さを長くしたい場合に
は、芯体5の先端部を把持して前方に引いてやる
と、ストツパー部材5aの位置は変らず芯体5の
み引き出すことができる。又、このような突出長
さの調整に加え、中軸3の後端部を第3図の状態
より更に押圧し、芯体把持部2aを完全な拡開状
態となし(第4図参照)、芯体5を取り出してス
トツパー部材5aを移動せしめることにより突出
長さを調整することもできる。尚、芯体把持部2
aを半拡開状態より完全な拡開状態にするに際
し、その区分けをより明確に識別する為に芯体把
持手段2の段部2bが使用される。

他、例えば本願出願人の出願に係る実開昭55−
174385、或いは特公昭49−35208および実公昭51
−17934等に開示されているような多芯室型の筆
記具にも適用することができる。
