れていると共に、前記ノツクカバーの内周面には
前記隆記部が形成されていない位置に前記芯ケー
スの外周面に接触する数個のリブが形成されてお
り、前記ノツクカバーはその弾性力によつて隆起
部およびノツクカバーが芯ケース側にたわんだ時
嵌挿孔部を通過しうる形状を有するよう構成され
たもので、本考案は前記構成を有することによ
り、ノツクカバーの着脱は単に押したり引いたり
するだけでよく、また挿入後はノツクカバーが軸
筒後端部から簡単に抜けることがないのでノツク
カバーが粉失する恐れは全くなく、さらに芯ケー
スが細い場合でも、リブの径を変更して成形する
だけで芯ケースとノツクカバーの嵌合力を適度に
設定することができ、従つて前記両者の嵌合力の
バラツキにも対処でき、かつノツクカバーは軸筒
と嵌合・通過するので、芯ケースには強い引張力
