Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
この考案は金型の向きを変えることを目的とし
た金型反転機に関するものである。従来金型(例
えば合成樹脂の射出成型に用いる金型)を反転さ
せるにはクレーンによつて吊り上げ、作業者が手
作業によつて操作していたが、重量物である為に
作業中危害を生じ易いのみならず、緩徐に動かす
ことがむつかしいので、型を損傷し易いなどの問
題点があつた。然して金型の反転に際し、一部機
械化した提案もあるが(例えば反転盤に金型をボ
ルト固着する)補助具を必要とし、かつ前後作業
に労力を要するなどの問題点があつた。然るにこ
の考案は水平軸の左右に扛重盤を前記水平軸を中
心として水平位置から直立位置まで回動可能に取
付けたので、この扛重盤で金型を挾着保持した
まゝ扛重盤を回動させることにより、前記従来の
問題点を悉く解決したのである。即ちこの考案を
実施例について説明すれば、水平軸1の左右(第
1図中)に扛重盤2,2aを配し、各扛重盤2,
2aの基端部を前記水平軸1へ回動可能に取付け
る。各扛重盤2,2aの下面には夫々ブラケツト
3,3aを突設し、各ブラケツト3,3aの先端
部へロツド4,4aの先端を回転自在に取付け、
ロツド4,4aの基端側は前記水平軸1と直角に
設置した油圧シリンダー5,5a内のピストンに
連結して金型反転機を構成したものである。この
考案の金型反転機は例えばクレーン走行路の下方
の通面へ埋込み、扛重盤2,2aの上面と路面と
を面一にしておけば、不使用時には通路として支
障なく使用することができると共に、油圧シリン
ダーを動作させる油圧位置は扛重盤下へ十分収容
できるので、地上には操作指令に必要な部分を露

重盤2,2aを矢示8の方向へ90度回転すれば、
金型6の左側面を上面へ向けることができる。ま
たこの金型6を、クレーンによつて再び扛重盤2
上へ移し、前記と同一操作を繰り返せば(2回の
操作により)、当初の下面を上面に向けることが
できる。重量物をクレーンで動かす場合に、その
まゝの移動については、きわめて緩徐に操作可能
であるが、反転させる場合には細心の注意を払つ
ても転動時の衝撃は免れないのみならず、補助的
に人力を使用しなければならないので、重労働に
なり、かつ危害を生じるおそれがあつた。然るに
この考案によれば、扛重盤で挾着保持した状態で
転動させるので、反転が正確かつ確実にできると
共に、人力を要することなく、また金型に衝撃を
