Conventionally, watch coils have been designed so that they are in direct contact with each other in order to reduce the magnetic resistance between the yoke and the coil. Therefore, in conventional coils, the central opening groove of the winding frame is located on the back side of the winding core (the side in contact with the yoke), and the bottom of the groove and the surface of the winding core are bonded, making it difficult for adhesive to flow out to the back side. That is, it was not possible to cover and protect the end face of the winding wire corresponding to the opening groove with an adhesive. Furthermore, the enamel that protects the windings also cracks because the winding core is too thin, making it impossible to guarantee 100% protection. Therefore, even if the outer periphery of the winding is protected with a hisstic tube, the end face of the winding will corrode due to battery leakage, etc., and the wire will break without noticing, not only the wearer but also the watch shop specialist. It had drawbacks.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks and provide an inexpensive and highly reliable coil by covering the entire circumference of the winding with a protective member.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a conventional coil, in which a is a plan view and b is a front view. 1 is a winding core made of magnetic material, 2 is made of plastic, and has a central opening groove 2.
A winding frame with a, 3 a winding, 4 a winding 3 and a winding core 1
5 is a terminal sheet having winding end treatment and a connection pattern with the circuit block; 6 is a hive for protecting the outer periphery 3a of the winding. Note that 1a is the back surface of the winding core 1 that is in contact with a yoke (not shown). The assembly procedure in this embodiment is to first wrap the tape 4 around the winding core 1, then apply adhesive to the bottom surface 2b of the central opening groove 2a of the winding frame 2 to which the terminal sheet 5 is attached, and then apply adhesive to the winding core 1. After fixing, wire winding, and soldering, it is protected with a heat tube 6.

FIG. 2 shows an embodiment of the present invention, a is a plan view,
b is a front view. 7 is a winding core made of magnetic material; 8
is made of plastic and has a central opening groove 8a; 9 is a winding; 10 is an insulating film formed by electrostatic coating to prevent the winding 9 and the winding core 7 from being shot; 11 is a winding Terminal sheet 12 has terminal processing and connection pattern with circuit block.
A protective member made of photocurable resin such as UV ink or UV adhesive. In the assembly procedure of the embodiment according to the present invention, first, an insulating paint is electrostatically applied to the winding core 7 to form an insulating film 10. Next, the terminal sheet 11 is glued to the back side of the winding core 7 that is not in contact with the yoke (not shown),
Then, the bottom surface 8b of the central opening groove 8a of the winding frame 8 and the back surface (joining surface with the yoke) 7b of the winding core 7 are aligned, and then the winding core 7 and the horizontal portion 8c of the central opening groove 8a of the winding core 8 are bonded. do. Furthermore, after wire winding and terminal processing (connection of the winding wire and pattern by thermocompression bonding), the protective member 12
The winding 9 protects the outer surface that is not in contact with the winding frame 8 and the insulating film 10.

Note that the winding 9 and the back surface of the winding core 7 of the present invention are separated by the wall of the winding frame 8. Therefore, when forming the protective member 12 with a photocurable resin, there is no need to correct the flow of the resin, so the working time is shortened. Furthermore, if the end of the winding 9 is taken out from the central opening groove 8a of the winding frame 8 and is thermocompression bonded to the bonding pattern of the terminal sheet, even the integral protection member 12 can protect the winding 9 from the winding 9.
protection, terminal protection, and thermocompression bonding, and can reduce the number of steps. When this configuration is adopted, the height of the terminal of the winding 9 on the terminal sheet 11 and the connection part with the connection pattern is 0.2 to
0.5mm lower. Further, at the beginning of winding the wire, unlike the conventional method, the end of the winding is on the same plane as the winding core 7 and is not tapered, so there is no slippage of the wire and no shortening occurs.
