In order to efficiently dry laundry outdoors or indoors, it is important to maintain sufficient heat reception from sunlight and ventilation. For this reason, currently, laundry is hung and fixed on a clothesline or clothesline. Clothes pegs are used to dry clothes by hanging them across or hanging them, but compared to a clothesline, a clothesline is lighter and easier to store, and can be stretched and used in a small space. The demand for clothes-drying ropes has increased significantly due to their extremely low cost and the shrinking space for clothes-drying areas due to the rise in the height of residential buildings in recent years.

However, as shown in Figure 1, the clothesline currently in use is made by twisting a rope A made of a material with excellent toughness and water resistance such as synthetic fibers, cutting it to the required length, and cutting the rope A to the required length. A locking tool B of an appropriate shape made of a metal material or the like is attached to the
When the clothesline is tied to a locking post C etc. and stretched, the center part A' of the rope will inevitably droop,
In particular, when a large amount of laundry that contains moisture is straddled or suspended, the central part of the rope
A' is increasingly suspended under the weight and becomes stretched with a large concave slope, so that unless each item of laundry is securely clamped with a large number of clothespins, even the slightest breeze will cause A' to hang down. Each piece of laundry will slide down and collect on the concave central part A' of the rope, which will significantly impede drying and cause many wrinkles on the laundry. In order to prevent the product from losing its shape, the product is first inserted through a hanger and then hung from rope A to dry.As these items are extremely large and bulky, the wind pressure during drying is extremely large. If the hanging part is not securely fastened with strong clothespins, it will easily slide down to the center part A' of the rope, resulting in poor drying and loss of shape. Current clothesline ropes require a lot of effort and expense to dry, as they tend to get dirty, and the clothesline ropes are simply made of twisted synthetic fibers, and Rope A has a relatively dense structure. This means that there is almost no air permeability, and the diameter is at most 4 to 8 mm, so when laundry, etc. is held across a cross, the front and back surfaces of the laundry are close to each other, which further improves ventilation. The current clothesline still has many problems, such as poor drying efficiency and damage, etc.

The present invention provides a clothesline rope that solves this problem. Below, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the knotted net, and FIG. 5 is an explanatory diagram of the present invention. Due to this requirement, a synthetic fiber material is usually selected, and the synthetic fiber material is twisted to form a strand 1A of the required diameter, and then two to three strands of this strand 1A are twisted together to form it. However, the mesh yarn 1 used in the present invention is made by twisting 2 to 3 strands of the strand 1A mutually with respect to the number of twists per unit length of the strand 1A. The number of twists per unit length heated when the so-called top twists are 1.0 to 3.5.
It is important that the twist is twice as strong. In other words, the net yarns used in normal net knitting are twisted in the opposite direction to the first twisting direction of the strands, and the untwisting force of the first twist and the untwisting force of the first twist are balanced. is necessary for forming a homogeneous network,
As a structure to balance the untwisting force between the first twist and the final twist, for example, in the case of a net yarn with a diameter of 3 mmφ, a strand diameter of 1.5 mmφ is used when triple twisting using three strands is used, and a twin twist is used. When twisted, strands with a diameter of approximately 2.1 mmφ are used, but in such cases, the relationship between the first twist and the first twist is as follows: In triple twist, the number of first twists is per meter.
When the number of first twists is 200 times, the number of first twists is approximately 100 times, and when the number of second twists is 170 to 180 times per meter, the number of first twists is approximately 100 times. The ratio of the number of ply twists is omitted for triple twists.
0.5 times, and approximately 0.55 to 0.6 times for double twisting, which also shows that the number of final twists of the net yarn 1 in the present invention is extremely strong compared to the number of first twists.

A knotted net-like material 2 is formed by knitting with 1.5 to 3 stitches and knotted. It is important that this knotted net-like material 2 is knitted with as few stitches as possible, and as shown in FIG. is 2
The number of stitches within ~6, so-called 1 to 3 stitches, is brought about in order to form a homogeneous twist when twisting and converging, and also to impart water-retaining properties as a result of converging a large number of threads 1. It is suitable for preventing a decrease in drying efficiency, but from the viewpoint of knotted knitting technology, the minimum number of stitches is
Restricted to 1.5 eyes.

There are no particular restrictions on the knitting size of the knotted net-like material 2, and it can be determined arbitrarily; however, if the drying efficiency is to be improved or if the drying frequency is high due to the use of hangers, the mesh size may be made smaller. It is desired that a large number of protrusions and gaps 2B be formed by the knots 2A.

In the thus knitted knotted net-like material 2, by removing the knitting tension, the untwisting force of the net threads 1 works to converge the knotted net-like material 2 while twisting the entire knotted net-like material 2 in the untwisting direction. A rope-shaped present invention 3 having a structure is formed.

The present invention has the above-mentioned configuration, and consists of three to three mesh yarns each independently twisted and formed.
The six threads are twisted and bundled relatively roughly, and the knotted knitting causes knotted parts to appear in protrusions on the outer surface at predetermined intervals, and the gaps between the mesh threads are also formed in a predetermined manner. Because they are formed at intervals, when the laundry rope of the present invention is used to straddle laundry, many ventilation gaps are created between the laundry rope and the laundry, and the rough twist The combination of multiple convergence and the presence of gaps increases ventilation and significantly increases drying efficiency. Furthermore, in the clothesline of the present invention, even when a large amount of laundry is straddled or suspended due to the knots formed in a protruding manner on the outer surface of the clothesline, even when a large concave slope is stretched. Prevents laundry from sliding down,
Furthermore, when drying using hangers, simply inserting them into the gap and suspending them will completely prevent separation and staining due to the twisting and clamping force of the net threads, eliminating the need for strong clothespins or a large number of clothespins, making drying easier. It can be said that this clothesline has many features such as significantly reducing labor and costs involved in the work.
