の再沸騰による調理物の煮くずれ、調理中誤つて
蒸気抜きを操作する心配の惹起等の欠点があつ

6により外部から操作可能に配設して蒸気抜き弁
11を形成し、該蒸気抜き弁11を圧力調理器の
蓋12の所定位置に配設して構成したものであ

ング10のスプリング圧の方が大きく、該操作弁
スプリング10により蒸気弁9が第3図に示すよ
うに移動して該蒸気弁8による蒸気抜き孔3の閉
成を解除した圧力調理器内2の蒸気を抜くように

弁と上記蒸気抜き弁との間に設けられ、両者を離
間する方向に付勢すると共に伸縮自在に構成され
た弾性部材と、から成る蒸気抜き装置を設けたの
で、調理器内がある程度低圧の時には上記操作弁
の操作により弾性部材を介して蒸気抜き弁が操作
され、この弁の操作により蒸気抜き孔が付勢手段
の力に抗して開成されて調理器内応が連通状態と
