浄装置を順次設ける。又このドラム1の外周面の
感光板面に残留したトナーを除去し清掃する清浄
装置を設けるが、この清浄装置は前記ドラムの全
長に亘つてドラム軸心と平行するようにしてある
いは斜方向にして設け、その清掃や保守点検を簡
易に行うようにカセツト式とするか、もしくは固
定式として複写機本体内に設けるもので図示の実
施はガイド杆G,Gにて着脱自在に支持されたカ
セツト式である。この清浄装置は第3図に詳示す
る如く感光ドラム1の全長に亘る清浄装置のケー
ス即ちトナー収容ケース3をドラム1と平行にし
て近設すると共に、このケース内底部にドラム外
周面正確には感光板面の残留トナーの除去分をケ
ース外へ排出するための螺旋コンベア4を内蔵
し、又ケース上内部でドラム外周の感光板面と対
向する位置にドラム外周の感光板表面に圧接し、
転写後感光板面上に残留する残留トナーを掻き落
すブレード5を設ける。このブレード5はケース
内に設けたブレード取付板6に固定し、且該ブレ
ード取付板を軸Sにて揺動自在になすと共に、こ
の軸Sの一端にレバー7を固定する。このレバー
7の先端にはコロ8を回転自在に具備せしめ該コ
ロ8をドラム外側面に設けたカムCの外周面に圧
接するようになし、このカムCの外周形面によつ
てコロ、レバーを介してブレードを感光板の所定
部分例えば画像形成域のみに弾性部材によつて圧
接し、前記所定部分以外の部分では感光板表面よ
り離間するようになす前記ブレード、ブレード取
付板、レバー、コロより成る離間装置が設けられ
ている。又このケース内に掻き落されたトナーは
ブリツジ現象等によつてケース内面等に附着しそ
れが増々増殖して凝固するとその結果ケース入口
部を閉塞して、後から掻き落されたトナーがケー
スよりあふれ出たり螺旋コンベア側へ落下しなく
なる。これを防止するため周期的にケースに振動
を与える振動装置10を具備せしめる。この振動
装置10は複写機の本体側に軸11を介して揺動
自在に枢着したレバー12の一端をドラム側面に
設けたピン13にてドラム1回転毎に1回蹴られ
るようにし、又このレバー12の他端に軸14で
振動レバー15を枢着し、さらにこのレバー12
をスプリング9にて常に本体側に設けたピン16
側に圧接するようになしている。そしてこのレバ
ー12の他端側部にはレバーの一部12aを折り
曲げて後述するピン16との当接部となると共に
振動レバーが一方向のみに揺動するようにストツ
パーの役目もはたす。
