By pushing out the holding part 28 as shown by the chain line in the figure, the distance between the holding part 28 and the front wall 18 is widened, and the lead wire 38 is inserted into the storage groove from the above distance in a state where wiring work is easy. 29 and can be bundled. Then, both plate bodies 1 are attached to the frame member 12.
After connecting one end of 0 and 11 and assembling the gate frame 9, a heat insulating material 13 is foamed and filled into the gate frame. Due to the foaming pressure of this heat insulating material 13, the holding part 28
is pressed in the direction of the front wall 18, and as shown by the solid line in FIG. It will be embedded and fixed in the heat insulating material 13. Therefore, when wiring the lead wires 38, the holding part 28 can be deformed to widen the distance between the holding part 28 and the front wall 18 to make the wiring work easier. Even if the spacing is not narrowed before the work, the insulation material 1 is used during the foaming work.
With the foaming pressure of 3, the holding part 28 is pushed toward the front wall 18 to narrow the gap (automatically) to prevent the lead wires 38 from spreading, and also to prevent the lead wires 38 from spreading.
The lead wires 38 can be fixed with a heat insulating material inside, and as a result, the lead wires can be fixed with the foamed heat insulating material after wiring work. In addition, the heat insulating material 1 filled in the storage groove 29 after foaming
3 to fix the lead wire 38, and
can be made into a unit, and the lead wire 3 during foaming
It is possible to prevent an air pocket from being formed between the heat insulating material 13 and the plate body 11 due to the deflection and diffusion of the heat insulating material 8, and a reduction in the heat insulation effect due to this air pocket. Moreover, the frame member 12
Since the heat conduction itself is small, it is possible to prevent condensation due to conduction from the inside of the refrigerator to the outside of the refrigerator at the periphery of the opening 3.Furthermore, since the front wall 18 is formed with a holding part 28 and a storage groove 29, the lead wire 38 can be improved.

In a refrigerator having a gate structure on one side, which is made of a foamed heat insulating material, the gate is integrally molded on the front wall of the frame member, and there is a gate between the two plates with an appropriate distance from the front wall. a flexible and elastic holding part located in the foam insulation material, pressed toward the front wall by the foaming pressure of the foam insulation material and embedded in the foam insulation material in proximity to the front wall; and a storage groove for storing the lead wire extending from the internal light switch, etc.
Using the flexibility of the holding part, the holding part is pushed out to widen the gap between the holding part and the front wall, and the lead wire is easily stored in the storage groove from this distance in a state where wiring work is easy. As a result, the work of wiring the lead wires becomes extremely easy, and during the foaming work, the foaming pressure of the foamed insulation material presses the holding part toward the front wall, so that the foamed insulation is placed close to the front wall. Since the lead wire is buried in the material, it is possible to prevent the lead wire from spreading, and the lead wire is buried in the insulation material that has penetrated into the storage groove, making it possible to fix the lead wire. It greatly simplifies the work from wiring wires to fixing the wires, prevents air pockets during foaming of the insulation material, and reduces the insulation effect after foaming, and allows the gate to be made into a unit, especially for prefabricated refrigerators. This will speed up the connection work.
