ルパツドの取付方法に関するものである。一般
に、フロアマツトにおいては、常時足の当る部分
の摩耗を防止するために、この部分を補強し(た
とえば実公昭45−7708号公報参照)、あるいはフ
ロアマツトにヒールパツドを取付けるようにして
いる。

に、凸部5aを有するプレス型5と凹部6aを有
するプレス型6との間に挾み込んで加圧すれば、
第4図のようなフロアマツト1が成形される。
