A structure in which they are arranged on the same line has been implemented, and each is implemented depending on the ejected liquid used, the place of use, etc.

メントミルクが流散する恐れがある。 By the way, when hardening the roots or forming a wedge-shaped structure by injecting cement milk, the conventional method is to arrange the jet water injection nozzle and the cent milk injection nozzle concentrically and rotate the rod equipped with the nozzles. However, because the ground is excavated with jet water and the cement milk is injected at the same time, it is difficult to inject over a wide area, and there is a risk that the cement milk will flow away.

The jet water injection nozzle 2 and the cement milk injection nozzle 4 are arranged in a protruding manner and open in opposite directions. The jet water injection nozzle 2 is connected to the water supply pipe 6 arranged inside the rod 1, and the cement milk is connected to the water supply pipe 6 arranged inside the rod 1.
It has a double-tube structure that is sent between the two. The nozzles 2 and 4 are removably screwed into the attachment pipes 3 and 5, and can be replaced as appropriate depending on the injection conditions. The nozzle hole diameter is 2.5 to 3.5 mm, the injection pressure of jet water is 100 to 200 kg/cm 2 , and the injection pressure of cement milk is 150 to 250 kg/cm 2 .

硬化剤の注入を効果的に行なうことができる。 When using this injection device, the rod 1 is rotated and the ground is preliminary excavated by injecting high-pressure water from the jet water injection nozzle 2, and then the ground is pulverized by the excavation from the cement milk injection nozzle 4. Pour cement milk into the ground. Then, the rod 1 is gradually pulled up while rotating, and the cement milk mixes with earth and sand to form a hardened object underground. According to this injection device, when the injection rod is pulled up, the soil on the ground is sufficiently crushed by the water injection nozzle located above, and the hardening agent injection nozzle is located below and opens in the opposite direction, which hardens the ground. The agent is injected into the earth and sand a little later than the water injection, and at a time when the water in the earth and sand has drained sufficiently and the gaps between the earth and sand are not blocked.
The curing agent can be injected effectively.
