相互間に外側から外花絞を多数成形する包皮への

下降する器体及び押圧棒の下端部に外花絞アーム
を前記各内花絞アーム相互間の真中に配置される
よう対応させて放射状に内外側へ揺動自在に軸支
して成る包皮への外花絞成形用の外花絞成形器と
