Conventionally, most of this type of wear, typified by wetsuits for skin diving, has been made from foamed neoprene rubber lined fabric with foamed neoprene rubber laminated to a base fabric. The reason for this is that foamed neoprene rubber itself has an extremely low modulus compared to other rubber foams, and is highly elastic, so it fits the body well, and has little hysteresis loss, so it does not wear out. This is because it has advantages such as excellent bending resistance and abrasion resistance. However, on the other hand, it has many disadvantages as described below.

In other words, in such clothing, the neoprene rubber of the foam rubber cloth itself is extremely difficult to color.
In addition, it has poor adhesion with colored paint films, so it is difficult to obtain a colorful product that is only black.
Therefore, if you want to get colorful clothing, you have no choice but to cut and sew a so-called double-sided laminated foamed neoprene rubber fabric, which is made by laminating elastic fabrics such as resin resin dyed in various colors onto the surface of foamed neoprene rubber. Nakatsuta. However, when using a foamed rubber cloth laminated with a color-dyed stretchable cloth on its surface, the cloth absorbs water, resulting in a decrease in water drainage and water repellency of the wear. Moreover, since foamed neoprene rubber is given good flexibility through oil expansion, the wear has a considerable oily odor, and this oil not only oozes out to the surface and becomes sticky, but also Another drawback was that the cells at the creases were destroyed by the process, and the creases could not be straightened out. Although foamed neoprene rubber is satisfactory in terms of weather resistance and chemical resistance,
Because oxidative deterioration occurs within a short period of about a year,
It has been extremely difficult to store and stock clothing made from such foamed neoprene rubberized fabric for long periods of time. Furthermore, such foamed rubber cloth is made by laminating individual sheets of foamed neoprene rubber obtained discontinuously by a press foaming method and a base cloth.
Since it is not a continuous long item, there is an extremely large amount of loss during cutting, and in cases where water repellency is required, such as in wetsuits, only the skin of the foamed neoprene rubber can be used, resulting in a large amount of waste. However, such foamed neoprene rubber-lined cloth clothing has the disadvantage of being quite expensive, with high material and process costs.

The present invention has been devised to provide superior foamed rubber-lined clothing that can eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks while retaining the advantages of clothing made from foamed neoprene rubber-lined fabric.

In other words, the wetsuit shown in Figure 1 is a one-piece suit made from a unique foamed rubber fabric A, which will be described later, and has a fastener F attached to the front opening. This is a wetsuit set consisting of a separate upper and lower suit, hat, and shoes made of the same foamed rubber fabric A, and these are different from conventional products in terms of design, cutting and sewing methods, and how to wear them. It is said to be almost the same. As can be understood from these examples of wetsuits, the foamed rubber cloth wear of the present invention does not have any special characteristics in terms of the shape of the wear itself or the way it is cut or sewn, but rather the material is as detailed below. The essential feature lies in the use of foamed rubber cloth A.

The foamed rubber 2 is laminated with the base fabric 1 using a suitable adhesive, and has a thickness (usually about 2 to 7 mm) that allows sewing by so-called blind stitching in order to prevent water penetration. . This foam rubber 2
is a 1,2-polybutadiene resin alone or having a 1,2-bond content of about 70% or more, a molecular weight of 100,000 or more, a crystallinity of 10 to 50%, and a syndiotactic stereoregularity of 20% or more. Using a thermoplastic elastomer containing this as a main component, Japanese Patent Application No. 50-120062 (Japanese Patent Publication No. 52-32980) or Japanese Patent Application No. 87553 (Sho 51-87553) previously filed by the present applicant 12963), an appropriate amount of a photosensitizer and a thermally decomposable blowing agent were kneaded and extruded into a continuous sheet, and the 1,2-polybutadiene was pre-crosslinked by UV irradiation, and then heated and foamed. It is a continuous long sheet of foamed rubber.
This product has a foaming ratio of 5 to 15 depending on the selection of conditions.
times, preferably 7 to 10 times, and the 100% modulus is about 1 to 3 Kg/cm 2 and the 300% modulus is about 1 to 3.
At 5Kg/cm 2 , E B (elongation at break) is approximately 350%
Closed or open cell foam with a permanent elongation of less than 15%, preferably less than 10%, after the foam is stretched to double its original size, left for 10 minutes, and then completely relaxed. Depending on the purpose, closed cell materials are used for wet suits, wet tights, dry suits, dry tights, etc., and open cell materials are used for items that require breathability, such as inner boots. The thermoplastic elastomer to be blended with the 1,2-polybutadiene resin is not particularly limited, but is preferably an olefin-based elastomer that is compatible with the 1,2-polybutadiene resin and has relatively similar softening points. Elastomers, vinyl copolymer elastomers, etc. are used. In addition, the foamed rubber used for the purpose of this invention has good adhesion to paint and low hysteresis loss, that is, it has a relatively high degree of crosslinking, does not have so-called "settling," and is highly elastic and flexible. is used. Moreover, it has excellent physical properties such as no need for oil extension, no oxidative deterioration, and furthermore, it is not a completely crosslinked foam and can be subjected to post-emboss treatment.

The surface resin coating film 3 is prepared by coating variously colored, for example, thermoplastic urethane paints, solvent-soluble acrylic paints, etc., using a reverse coater or direct coater.
It is coated and formed to a thickness of 10 to 40μ, preferably 20 to 30μ, and has a low modulus of 1 to 50Kg/cm 2 , preferably 5 to 25Kg/cm 2 at 100% modulus at an elongation rate of 300% or more. , a flexible coating that can expand and contract following the foam rubber. Such a coating film 3 is provided for coloring and imparting water repellency, but
This was made possible for the first time by using a special foam rubber that has good adhesion to paint as mentioned above, and unlike conventional foam rubber cloth, it has poor adhesion to paint. This would have been extremely difficult to achieve using fully flow-foamed neoprene rubber. As described above, since the foamed rubber cloth A used in the present invention can be coated with a resin coating 3 on its surface, it is not only easy to color and impart water repellency as described above, but also to If a flame retardant or the like is added, a flame-retardant foamed rubber cloth can be obtained, and various physical properties can be adjusted.

Acrylic copolymer or the like is printed in a single layer or in an appropriate pattern (for example, a polka dot pattern as shown in the illustration) using a roll coater or printer, and this makes the surface sticky. We aim to more completely eliminate this concern and provide a variety of good textures.

In other words, the wear of the present invention uses foamed rubber cloth with foamed rubber 2 that has excellent elasticity and flexibility and low hysteresis loss, so it can freely deform and expand and contract to fit the body well. Of course, there is no so-called "sagging", but by selectively using foam rubber cloth A that has a surface resin coating 3 of various colors, it has good water repellency, is colorful, and has commercial value. Moreover, since the foamed rubber 2 is not oil-extended, the wear of the present invention has no oil odor, and has almost no creases caused by cell destruction at the creases caused by oil. Furthermore, although the foamed rubber 2 is photodegradable, it does not undergo oxidative deterioration, so the wear of the present invention can be stored and stocked for a long period of time with almost no decrease in commercial value due to deterioration.
In addition, since the foamed rubber fabric A can be manufactured as a continuous long sheet, it can be cut while minimizing unnecessary scraps, and when obtaining the foamed rubber fabric A, Since the foamed rubber material can be used effectively without wasting it, the material cost can be reduced as a result, and the wear of the present invention can significantly reduce costs.
In addition, the garments made from the foamed rubber fabric coated with the resin overcoat 4 have various textures, and furthermore, the garments made from the foamed rubber fabric coated with the resin overcoat 4 are coated over the surface resin coating 3. Ivy wear is a unique type of wear with a subtle embossed pattern, and has extremely high commercial value.
