中央部がくぼみこたつの発熱体が損傷するのを防
止することであり、従来品は発熱体23の周囲に
段ボール等でロ字状の枠体26を設け、補強を施
している。斯かる形態は材料使用量が多く、又包
装作業に要する時間も多く不経済であり、又部品
点数も多く部品管理及び包装の自動化の推進にも
支障を来たす。

内側面部に連設された接合部を有し、前記互いに
隣り合う底面部間並びに上面部間は前記外側面部
間の切溝を挾んで略V状に切り離されて各底面部
及び各上面部は平行四辺形に形成され、前記底面
部に連設された接合部を以つて各底面部を各内側
面部に接合してスリーブ状に形成してそれぞれに
4本の電気こたつの脚を各別に挿入可能に構成す
ると共に前記一端に位置する内側面部に連設され
た接合部を以つて両端の内側面部同志を接合して
前記電気こたつの発熱体のまわりを取囲み可能に
構成したものである。

全体を平面段ボールシート等を打ち抜いて形成し
たものである。尚前記接合部9a〜9d間並びに
この接合部9a〜9dに固着される内側面部7a
〜7d間には凹状の嵌合部17…が形成されてい
