【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は自動車用天井構造に関するものであ
る。

従来の自動車用天井構造は、昭和45年2月25日
発行の〓自動車工学ハンドブツク〓の9−63ペー
ジに示す図2−103および第8図に示す構造に
なつている。第8図について説明すると、ルーフ
パネル1の内面において、ヘツドライニング2に
適宜間隔をおいて縫着した吊架袋3に前記ヘツド
ライニング2を適度の張力をもつて吊り上げる弓
状に曲成したリステイングワイヤ4を挿通し、こ
のワイヤ4の折曲した端末をルーフサイドレール
5の取付孔6に嵌挿係止している。そしてワイヤ
4はルーフサイドレール5に係止した際撓ませて
ルーフパネル1の内面に沿うようにし、もつて所
定の張り剛性が付与されヘツドライニング2の下
向きの力に対処できるものである。

フサイドレール5の比較的下部分にあるため、車
室内の側頭空間を充分確保できなかつた。さらに
ワイヤ4は弓状になつてその端末を折れ曲げてい
るので、吊架袋3はこのワイヤ4を円滑に挿通さ
せるためには、これに応じて適度な大きさが必要
となり、結局ヘツドライニング2は吊架袋3の大
きさ分だけ垂下し車室内の居住空間を狭くする難
点があつた。

け、線状材であるリステイングワイヤ4を略直線

方部に設けた取付孔6に嵌挿係止し、前記ルーフ
ボウ7の前記リステイングワイヤ4(普通4本)
との交差部にフツク8を切り起し形成し、このフ
ツク8に吊架袋3を一部切欠9して露出させた前
記直線状リステイングワイヤ4の略中央部を係止
する。この場合吊架袋3は略直線状のリステイン
グワイヤ4が挿通できる大きさに形成する。

線状のリステイングワイヤの略中央部をルーフボ
ウに係止させたので、該ワイヤを彎曲に撓ませ張
り剛性を付与しなくてもヘツドライニングの下向
きの力に対処でき、ルーフ扁平化にも充分順応で
きる等の利点がある。
