Conventionally, when stirring and mixing two or more types of liquids (e.g., paints, adhesives, sealants, floor coating materials, etc.), a container-like main body, which is a rigid member, is placed inside the container-like main body. A method has been adopted in which an inner bag made of a soft and flexible member, which is slightly smaller than the volume, is attached and the mixture is stirred and mixed within the inner bag. However, this method has the disadvantage that the inner bag tends to rotate relative to the container-shaped body during stirring. One way to overcome this disadvantage is to clip the opening ends of the container-shaped body and the inner bag. The idea of fixing it was proposed. However, methods using such clips have drawbacks such as the clips coming off during use, powder loss, and the work of attaching and detaching them being troublesome. This drawback becomes especially serious when the same work is repeated many times in a short period of time.

Therefore, the present invention improves the above-mentioned conventional method by forming a convex portion or a concave portion extending in the axial direction on the side wall of the container-like main body, and forming a concave portion or a convex portion on the inner side wall that engages with the convex portion or concave portion. It is an object of the present invention to provide a stirring container which eliminates the drawbacks of the device, allows easy attachment and detachment of an inner bag to a container-shaped main body, and does not cause relative rotation during stirring.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Figure 1 shows a stirring vessel K that embodies the present invention.
2, the metal container-like main body 1, which is a rigid member, has a constant plate thickness and a circular cross-sectional shape as shown in FIG. The inside of the container-shaped main body 1 is made of a flexible member made of thermoplastic resin (for example, polyethylene,
An inner bag 2 made of polypropylene, vinyl chloride resin) is attached. The inner bag 2 also has a circular cross section as shown in FIG. 2, and is composed of a bottom portion 2a, a side wall portion 2b, and a ring-shaped flange portion 2c, and the side wall portion 2b has a convex portion that protrudes inward and extends in the axial direction. 2
Two d are formed. The inner bag 2 has a thickness of 0.2~ by vacuum molding (or blow molding, injection molding).
Molded to 0.6mm. A groove 2e is formed on the outside of the convex portion 2d, and two convex portions 1a formed on the side wall of the main body 1 and extending in the axial direction engage with the groove 2e, respectively, and are movable relative to each other in the axial direction. It is assembled so that relative rotation around the axis is not possible.
When the inner bag 2 is installed inside the main body 1, the flange portion 2c is in a state covering the upper open end of the main body 1 as shown in FIG.

When assembling the inner bag 2 to the container-like main body 1, the inner bag 2 is inserted downward from the upper open end of the main body 1 while sliding the convex portion 1a into the groove 2e. When stirring and mixing two or more liquids in the stirring container of the present invention assembled as shown in Figure 1, the liquids are poured into the space 3 inside the inner bag 2 shown in the figure, and a stirrer is used to stir the liquids. Stir by moving the entire machine by hand. The appropriate rotational speed of the stirrer during stirring is 1,000 to 5,000 rpm, and the viscosity of the liquid is up to 50,000 cps. In this case, the container-like main body 1 and the inner bag 2 are prevented from relative movement around the axis by the engagement between the convex portion 1a and the groove 2e, so the inner bag 2 rotates with each other and is difficult to stir. There isn't.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the container-like main body 1 and the inner bag 2 are not tapered.
The inner bag 21 in FIG. 3 may have a tapered shape with a small diameter at the bottom. Of course, the main body 1 may also have a similar tapered shape. With this shape, multiple items can be stacked on top of each other, making it convenient for storage and transportation. Here, 2
1a is a bottom portion, 21b is a side wall portion, 21c is a flange portion, and 21d and 21e are protrusions and grooves formed to protrude inside the side wall portion. This groove 21e does not need to be provided over the entire axial length of the side wall portion 21b, and may just have a length a (length from the opening end) that does not cause relative rotation with the main body 1. In addition, although the number of grooves 21e is two in both FIGS. 1 and 3 at equal locations on the circumference, the number is not limited to this, and it may be three or more or one. . This number is determined by considering the length a from the opening end, the viscosity of the liquid to be stirred, the rotation speed of the stirrer, and the like.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the inner bag 22 may not have a flange portion. In such a case, there is a risk that the side wall of the main body 1 will be contaminated when the inner bag 22 is attached to the container-like main body 1 and the liquid to be mixed is poured into the container, or when it is being stirred. As long as the inner bag has the length and the predetermined number of grooves 22e, the inner bag can achieve the purpose of the present invention.

In addition, in the above embodiment, the convex portion 1a is provided on the main body 1 side.
, and a groove 2e is provided on the inner bag 2 side, but in the opposite case, as shown in FIG.
A may be provided and a groove 11a may be provided on the main body 11 side.

Furthermore, the convex portion 1 in FIGS. 1, 2, and 5
The cross-sectional shapes of the grooves a, 23a and the grooves 2e, 11a are not limited to those shown in the drawings; It may also have a surface. In the case of the shape shown in FIG. 6, relative rotation between the container 12 and the inner bag 24 is less likely to occur, and the strength is increased.

In this way, the present invention attaches an inner bag, which is a soft flexible member, to the inside of a container-shaped main body, which is a rigid member, and
A protrusion or groove extending in the axial direction is formed on the side wall of the container-like main body, and a groove or protrusion that engages with the protrusion is formed on the side wall of the inner bag. Of course, the inner bag does not rotate around the container-like main body, and the inner bag can be easily attached to and removed from the container-like main body, and since the inner bag is not fixed to the container-like main body by a separate member such as a clip, it is easy to remove the inner bag from the container-like main body. No parts are lost. In addition, since the above-mentioned attachment/detachment operation is easy, it is particularly effective when it is necessary to stir a small amount many times or when it is necessary to repeat the stirring operation in a short period of time.

It should be noted that when a convex portion is formed on the side of the space 3 as in the first embodiment (Figs. 1 and 2), turbulence is likely to occur when stirring and mixing in the space 3, increasing the stirring efficiency. effective.
