道路区画表示材に当り、この区画表示材がけい光体およ
びりん光体を含んでいるので遅光効果を呈する。その結
果、道路舗装上の区画表示材が短時間光り続けて、やが
て消減する。その間通行車両の運転手は道路区画表示が
