Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the prominent ventilating fan, inexpensive and capable of opening a shutter quickly, by a method wherein the shutter is opened by a shutter operating member consisting of a shape memory alloy and large electric current is made to flow in a conducting circuit when the shutter is opened while the conducting circuit is switched to pass small electric current when the opened condition of the shutter is to be maintained. CONSTITUTION:A motor 2 is conducted to start the rotation of vanes 4. A secondary voltage, induced in the secondary coil 17b of a transformer 17, is impressed on the shutter operating member 12 and the member 12 generates heat. できる。又、従来のモータや電磁石等を使用した電動シ
ャッタに対しては、形状記憶合金から成るシャッタ操作
部材12がトランス17やマイクロスイッチ10及び抵
抗18等を加えてもそれらモータや電磁石等に比して安
価なものであり、よって全体のコストの低廉化をも達成
することができる。そして更に、シャッタ操作部材12
を1作動させるための通電回路には、マイクロスイッチ
10と抵抗18とから成る切換手段により、シャッタ5
を開放させる折りに大なる電流を流し、シャッタ5を開
放させてからは該シャッタ5の開放状態を維持するだけ
の小電流を流すようにしているので、シャッタ5の開放
を速やかに行なわしめることができる上に、それが開放
してからは電力の消費を少なく抑え°ることができ、よ
ってより経済的に使用することができる。
