Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、冬季降雪地域に於いて道路の路面
等に降り積もつた雪を地下水の噴射散水によつて
融雪する場合、路面に埋設された送水管に適間隔
毎に配設して使用するノズル付きの散水バルブに
関するもので、その目的は、ノズル孔から噴射さ
れる水の圧力を路上から個々のバルブ毎に手動操
作で自由自在に調節することが出来、しかも長期
間に亘つて故障する恐れがなく、常に適確なバル
ブ調節を行ない得る機能を備えた新規な消雪用散
水バルブを至極簡単な構造により安価に提供する
ことにある。

体1の上壁1aに放射状に配列して穿設してある
ほか、空洞部3の央央には円柱形のスプール5が
前記送水管接続孔2と同一中心線Y−Y上に於い
て水平方向に手動で回転し得るように本体1の上
下壁1a,1b間に嵌設されている。そして、本
考案の場合、送水管接続孔2とスプール5との間
には、その中心線Y−Yから同一半径の円周に沿
つて第3図図示の如く孔径の異なる数箇のバルブ
孔6a,6b,6c,6dを適間隔に配列して穿
設し、またスプール5には、バルブ本体1の空洞
部3に跨つて横方向に貫通する導水孔7を設ける
と共に、当該導水孔7の中間部から前記各バルブ
孔6a,6b,6c,6dのうち最大径のバルブ
孔6aに向かつて斜走するほゞ同径の連通孔8が
穿設けてある。なお、図中の符号9は、バルブ本
体1上面の凹部1cに嵌設したスプール脱出防止
用のキヤツプで、ビス10,10により本体1の
上壁1aに螺着固定され、キヤツプ9中央の孔9
aにはスプール5上端の突出部5aが嵌合してお
り、この突出部5aには、スプール5をドライバ
ー等の工具で水平方向に回動するための凹溝5b
が刻設してある。

常に適確なバルブ調節を行ない得るので、その構
造が非常に簡単で安価に製造できる事とも相俟つ
て、実用上頻る顕著な使用効果を発揮するもので
ある。

面させてバルブ内の水圧を自在に調節し得るよう
に構成したことを特徴とする消雪用散水バルブ。
