A construction method using a conventional heat insulating material body is shown in FIGS. 1 and 2. Figure 1 shows the insulation material body 2 using glass wool, and this insulation material body 2'
is formed into a flat plate with a thickness approximately equal to the thickness of the joist 1. A receiving crosspiece 5 is formed on the lower surface of the joists 1 arranged in parallel, and a heat insulating material main body 2' is installed between the receiving crosspieces 5, 5 for heat insulation and moisture proofing. The heat insulating material main body 2' shown in FIG. 2 is formed by filling a bag-like material with a heat insulating material 6 such as chip urethane. Ears 3 were formed extending on the upper sides of both sides of the heat insulating material main body 2', and the ears 3 were arranged on the upper surface of the joist 1 and fixed with tassels 7 as shown in Fig. 3. . In the case of such a conventional example,
It is not possible to form a heat insulating layer or a moisture barrier layer by integrating the heat insulating material body 2' and the joist 1. In addition, in the case shown in Fig. 2, the insulation material main body 2'
The tackers 7 are driven into the ears 3 at appropriate intervals. It would be better if the intervals could be set at a finer pitch, but this poses a problem when considering the construction speed. As a result, the pitch between the tassels 7 becomes wider, and the ears 3 between the tassels 7 bulge, creating a gap between the lower surface of the ears 3 and the upper surface of the joists 1, which deteriorates the sealing performance with the joists 1, resulting in the above-mentioned problem. Problems arise regarding insulation and moisture resistance.

The present invention has been proposed in view of the above-mentioned points, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a highly airtight heat insulating material by integrating a joist and a heat insulating material body.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings. 2 in the figure is a flat insulating material body filled with a heat insulating material 6 such as chip urethane, and this insulating material body 2
has ears 3 extending outward over the entire length in the longitudinal direction from the upper portions of both sides thereof, and is constructed between joists 1 arranged parallel to each other under the floor. Reference numeral 4 denotes an elastic body attached to the entire lower surface of the ear portion 3, and this elastic body 4 is made of a foamed body of butyl rubber, chloroprene rubber, or vinyl chloride. Moreover, this elastic body 4 has adhesiveness. Alternatively, an adhesive may be applied to the elastic body 4. Figure 4 shows the insulation material body 2
The elastic body 4 is brought into close contact with the upper surface of the joist 1, and the
A state in which a heat insulating material main body 2 is disposed between them is shown.

However, when constructing the insulation material body 2,
As shown in FIG. 5, the lugs 3 are temporarily attached to one of the joists 1 by utilizing the adhesiveness of the elastic body 4, and the lugs 3 on the other joist 1 are fixed with a tacker 7. Then, the temporarily fixed ear part 3 is fixed with the tassel 7.
Therefore, one person can install the lug 3 of the insulation body 2 because it is adhesive and can be temporarily fixed. After installation, the elastic body 4 and the upper surface of the joist 1 are in close contact with each other, so the joist 1 can be The main body of the heat insulating material can be integrated to form a continuous heat insulating layer and moisture barrier layer.

As described above, the present invention forms an elastic body for disposing the insulation material body in close contact with the upper surface of the joists over the entire lower surface of the ears extending from the upper portions of both sides of the insulation material body, so that the elastic body Since the body and the upper surface of the joist are in close contact, the sealing performance is improved, and the insulation material body and the joist are integrated, instead of the conventional case where the insulation material body and the joist are not integrated, resulting in a continuous insulation layer. and has the advantage of being able to form a moisture barrier layer.
