【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

本考案は、磁気圧子をばんそう膏等の貼付部材
により皮膚表面へ付設して、指圧並びに磁力線の
作用をもつてこり解消等の治療効果を得る磁気治
療部材に関する。 従来のこの種磁気治療部材において、磁気圧子
にはフエライトの如く、粉末材を圧縮成形した後
焼結し着磁したものが用いられている。ところが
かかる磁気治療部材は肌ざわりが悪く、又黒ずん
だ見映の悪い外観を呈しているため、商品価値が
低く、而も十分なこり解消等の治療効果が得られ
ないという欠点があつた。また医学的治療におい
て、心理的な治療効果が重要視されるが、上記の
部材は見映の悪い故に心理的な治療効果に乏しい
という不利がある。 本考案は上記の欠点を解消するため、磁気圧子
の表面全体に金又は白金のメツキ層を施こすこと
によつて、商品価値が高く、こり解消等の治療効
果を向上させた磁気治療部材を提供することを目
的とする。 以下図面に示す実施例に基づき本考案を具体的
に説明する。 図面は、ばんそう膏等から成る円形の貼付部材
1の貼着面2上へ磁気圧子4を付設した磁気治療
部材3を示す。 図示例の磁気圧子4は、平面形状が六角形状に
形成され、磁気圧子4の上面には経穴や経路を局
部刺激する複数個の半球状突子5が突設されてい
る。 磁気圧子4はフエライトの如く、粉末材を圧縮
成形して焼結した後着磁して形成されており、磁
気圧子4表面の夫々角部6の位置に前記各突子5
が一体突設されている。斯くて磁力線は、圧子表
面の平坦部より突子部分、圧子の面中央より周縁
部分、更には周面の真直部より角部に夫々集中す
る傾向にあり、かかる現象の相乗作用により磁力
線Xが突子5および角部6の位置に集中して、患
部に作用する。 各突子5を含む磁気圧子4の表面全体には、硫
酸銅でコーテイングされた中間層7を介して金又
は白金より成るメツキ層8が形成され、磁気圧子
4全体が重厚な金属光沢を呈する。 然して磁気圧子4を経穴部に位置させ、これを
貼付部材1により押圧状態で止着固定すると、皮
膚表面には磁気圧子4による押圧力と磁力線とが
作用する。 この磁力線が常時作用する皮膚表面部では、筋
肉の動き、体液の流れ等、導体の運動があると、
この導体にフレミングの法則により起電力が生ず
る。而も皮膚表面と磁気圧子との間には汗が介在
するため、皮膚表面部に電流が流れ、この電流の
作用更には汗に含まれる尿酸、アンモニア等の成
分の作用により磁気圧子4のメツキ層8から金又
は白金イオンが長時間に亘り微量ずつ溶出する。
実験によると、磁気治療部材3を皮膚表面へ貼付
後、4〜5日経過すると、金又は白金イオンの溶
出により磁気圧子4の金属光沢が消失して色あせ
た状態となる。 ところで経穴部分は体液が集中し且つ体液部と
皮膚表面との間が他の部分に比較して接近してい
るため、前記超電力による電流が流れ易く、金又
は白金イオンの溶出傾向が高い。而も磁気圧子4
は押圧固定されているため、体液部と磁気圧子4
との間が一層接近した状態となつている。従つて
溶出した金又は白金イオンは、経穴部の皮膚表面
より体液中へ相当量取り入れられ、これによつ
て、前記磁気圧子4の押圧作用および磁力線作用
と相俟つて、こり解消等に顕著な治療効果を発揮
し、加えて金又は白金イオンが関節炎、リユウマ
チ等の治療に有効に機能する。 実施例 人体の何れか部位に所謂「こり」を訴えている
男子42名、女子49名、合計91名の被検者を対象に
本考案の磁気治療部材を用いた臨床実験を行なつ
た。この臨床実験には、第1図に示す7個の突子
を有する六角形状の磁気治療部材を使用し、表面
全体に金メツキ層を施こしたもの(第1群)を46
名に、金メツキ層を施こしていないもの(第2
群)を45名に夫々貼付した。貼付部位は医師が決
定し、被検者には何れの群のものを貼付したかを
知らせていない。貼付状態を4日間継続させた
後、医師が症状の改善の有無、効果の度合等、被
検者の自覚症状を問診したところ、つぎの集計結
果が得られた。尚この表において、〓は著しく効
いたと答えたもの(著効)、〓はかなりよく効く
と答えたもの(有効)、+はやや効くと答えたもの
