9人乗りエレベーターに取付けされ、通常は錠が
かけてある。担架・柩などを運ぶ必要があるとき

明するとトランクはトランク箱体を強度部材に鋼
板を溶接してトランク床を構成したトランク用下

示せず)で固着して構成し、前面部に扉11,1
1′があり前記扉の上下部に扉軸13を取りつ
け、これを支える扉軸受15を固定ボルト16で
箱体に固着して、下部の軸部に潤滑材シート14
を入れ扉11,11′の回転を行なう様に構成し
ている。次に乗かごへの取付てある乗かご側に上
部は乗かご後部側板5の任意の位置に、下部は床
1の任意の位置に金具19を溶接して穴をあけ、
これに対応するトランク箱体側にも穴を設け、法
規により定められた床面からのトランク設置高さ
H(100mm以下)にボルトで取付けする構造であ
る。従来案には次の欠点をあげられる。エレベー
ター据付現場において乗かごへトランク箱体を取
付けする場合、箱体をチエーンブロツクで吊り乗
かごと箱体の穴を合わせボルトで締付けするが穴
がばか穴で複数個であるから水平度、垂直度を合

成部材の水平辺と垂直辺とを有する支持金具20
を前記垂直辺が外側となるように溶接て一体化す
ることによりトランク付床構造とする。前記支持
金具20の水平辺と垂直辺とは、水平辺端に垂直
辺が垂下する関係が必要であり、第4図の支持金
具0は断面コ字形の上部の水平辺とそれに連なる
垂直辺とが上記関係にある。一方、下張り7の強
度部材にも垂直部材にも垂直部が形成されてお
り、この部分を利用してかご床側に取付けるので
あるが、この垂直部に前記支持金具20の水平辺
と係合し、かご床面とトランク床との高さHを規
定する位置決片21を溶接している。そして、こ
の位置決片21は工場製作時にトランク床を基準
としてA寸法位置に溶接される(治具利用)もの
である。また、前記位置決片21は垂直部の中間
部に溶接され、垂直部の位置決片21より下部は
