(Prior art) As shown in Fig. 4, conventionally in wooden buildings, when fixing a piece of wood with a vertical cross-section such as a tally 14 to a girder 13, etc., ordinary nails 11a are inserted from the top surface of the tally 14. Since it cannot be fixed with
1b, or, as shown in FIG. 5, it was fixed with a wrong cutout 12 with a different direction of the driven part.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, with the means shown in FIG. There were drawbacks such as cracks appearing in the lower part of the taruki 14 and corners being missing. In addition, since the means shown in FIG. 5 is an indirect fixing means, the tarpaulin 14 tends to move back and forth and from side to side, making it impossible to completely tightly fix it. Moreover, this method could not be used if the girder etc. were exposed to the outside because the spool 12 would be visible.

The purpose of this invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks,
To provide a diagonal nail with a simple structure capable of accurately fixing even a piece of wood having a relatively vertical cross section, such as a piece of wood.

(Operation) Drive the nail body diagonally into one side of the wood such as a girder,
Next, when the nail body is hammered from the side, it bends from the cut portion and each driven portion is driven into the other wood such as the taruki. This securely and firmly fixes both pieces of wood.

(Example) An example of the cascading nail for wooden construction according to the present invention will be described based on FIGS. 1 to 3. In the figure, 1 is a nail body formed in the shape of a square nail, A driving part 1a is provided at the tip. A plurality of driving protrusions 2, 3 (two in this example) are laterally projecting from the upper part of the nail body 1 at predetermined intervals, and the lowest driving protrusion (in this example, the lower one) A cut portion 4 is provided below the cut portion 3. Also,
A protruding angle 5 is formed on the lower edge of the notch 4 to prevent the lower side from the notch 4 from unnecessarily curving. The driving protrusions 2 and 3 are driven in a circular arc with the notch 4 as a fulcrum, so in the embodiment, the driving protrusions 2 and 3 are slightly curved downward. This is done to avoid unnecessary scratches on the other wood. Further, the driving protrusion 2 on the upper stage side is formed to be slightly longer than the protrusion part 3 on the lower stage side.

When using the cascading nail for wooden construction constructed as described above, first the nail body 1 is driven diagonally into one of the pieces of wood such as the girder 13, and then from the side. When hammered, it bends accurately from the notch 4 and the driving protrusions 2 and 3 are driven into the other wood such as the taruki 14.

(Effect of the invention) According to the cascading nail for wooden construction according to the invention, the nail body is driven diagonally into one of the pieces of wood such as a girder, and is bent from the notch so that the plurality of driving protrusions on the upper part Since the nails are driven into the other wood such as taruki, the other wood is fixed at multiple points, and since the other wood is supported diagonally, the nail acts as a brace and strengthens both pieces of wood. can be fixed to. In addition, the lower part of the nail body is driven diagonally into one of the pieces of wood, and the lower part is buried diagonally, and the nail body bends from the notch and becomes approximately dogleg-shaped, as well as multiple driving protrusions on the upper part. Since the part is driven diagonally downward into the other piece of wood, there is no risk of it slipping out or causing the other piece of wood to topple over. In addition, when trying to securely fix the pieces of wood to each other more firmly or when the pieces of wood to be fixed are thick, the nails of the present invention can be driven into both sides of the pieces of wood to securely and firmly fix the pieces. It has a simple structure and can be mass-produced by punching from a metal plate, so it can be manufactured at low cost.
