以下、先ず第1図に従つて従来の構造につき説
明すると、1は磁器またはガラス材よりなる内筒

付けて、内筒1内において支持された可溶体であ
る。端子金具5,5′は密閉栓2,2′によつて保
持されており、これを貫通して突出させた外端部
に電線を接続可能としている。電線接続時におけ
る耐捻回力・耐引張力を具備させる手段として採
用されているのが、ピン6,6′であり、外筒
3、密閉栓2,2′及び端子金具5,5′の3者
に、一直線上に位置する貫通穴を設け、この貫通
穴に上記のピン6,6′を打ち込むことによつて
耐捻回力・耐引張力を持たせていたのである。し
かしながら、この作業はきわめて繁雑で時間がか
かる上、コストアツプに連なる難点でもあつたの
である。さらにまた磁器又はガラス材よりなる内
筒1が、そのまま密閉栓2,2′によつて外筒3
内に支持されていたので、内外の衝撃力に弱く、
たとえば、遮断時の衝撃的な内圧によつてひび割
れを起したり、また、ヒユーズ輸送時における振
動や取付後の風の影響等による振動によつて、あ
るいは柱上で取付作業中に誤つてヒユーズを落下
させた時などにも、ひびが入つて大電流遮断能力
が低下するおそれがあつた。なお、7,7′は外
筒端部に被せた保護キヤツプ8,8′は端子カバ
ーである。

性を有する被覆層を設けたことを特徴とするもの

着して取り付けるようにしたものであり、回り止
め部9aと嵌合穴10aとの嵌合によつて耐捻回
力・耐引張力を持たせたものである。端子金具
9,9を上述の様な構成によつて非回動状態で取
り付けた内キヤツプ10,10′は被覆層13を
有する内筒1と外筒3間に嵌合可能とし、この内
キヤツプ10,10′非回動状態で嵌合可能な外
キヤツプ11,11′を嵌め合わせて外筒3の両
端開口部を接着剤、高周波融着等にて固着して封
止するようにしたものである。第4図及び第5図
は内キヤツプ及び外キヤツプの嵌合状態を例示し
たもので、内キヤンプの外側面に第4図のB図に
示すごとき多角形状の突部10bあるいはC図に
示すごとき異形状の突部10cを設け、これに対
応して外キヤツプ11に第5図のB図及びC図に
示すごとき対応形状の嵌合部11aあるいは11
bを設け、因つて両者を嵌合した場合、互いに独
立回動不能な状態とし、これによつてさらに高い
耐捻回力・耐引張力を具有させるようにしたもの
である。
