孔を有する１対の円盤状の基板と、この１対の基板間の
中央部に上記孔と同心状に介在された内側スペーサと、
上記一対の基板間の周縁近傍に介在された外側スペーサ
と、この外側スペーサと上記内側スペーサ間において、
上記１対の基板の相対向する面に中空部分を有するよう
に形成された記録層ないし光反射層からなる情報形成層
と、上記１対の基板の外周縁に取り付けられたポリエス
