    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 管路に流れる被測定流体の流れ方向に対して交互に逆向
    きに切換えられた超音波パルスを送受信ずる送受波器と
    、コンデンサの充放電作用を用いて発生した駆動電圧を
    整合抵抗を介して前記送受渡器に印加する駆動回路と、
    前記送受波器からの超音波パルスの信号を入力抵抗を介
    して受信する受信回路とを具備し前記整合抵抗の抵抗値
    を前記入力抵抗に近うまたことを特徴とする超音波流量
    計の送受波回路。
