Abstract

PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce a separation angle of a filament fed out from godet rollers, and to remarkably lessen variation in quality between multi-filaments by arranging the godet rollers and a rotary shaft of a bobbin holder in a specified direction. CONSTITUTION:A multi-filament group formed by more than four fused and spanned filaments is taken up on the same winder through a plurality of godet rollers 4, 6. At this time, a rotary shaft of the godet roller 4 positioned just before the winder is disposed parallel to the surface formed by a spanned filament. Further, the other godet rollers 6 and the rotary shaft of a bobbin holder 11 of the winder are disposed vertical to the surface formed by the spanned filament. A group of multi-filament is separated from each other between the godet roller 4 positioned just before the winder and the godet roller 6 positioned on the upstream side. As the rollers 4, 6 are thus disposed, a filament separation angle of a filament fed out from the roller 6 can be reduced remarkably, and component of force applied to each filament can be made smaller to lessen variation in quality of filament.

Multi-filament spinning take-up machines are equipped with multiple winders to spin two or more groups of multifilaments from one spinneret in order to improve productivity per unit and reduce equipment costs. Then, in a group of godet rollers, these multifilament groups are combined to form a group of four or more multifilaments into one group of multifilaments, and the group of godet rollers is routed to divide them into the desired minimum number of filament groups after the final godet roller. However, a method is generally used in which the material is wound on a single winder.

Generally, in the multi-thread spinning and winding method using a godet roller, the rotation axes of the godet roller and the bobbin holder of the winding machine are all perpendicular to the plane formed by the threads of the spun yarn, as shown in Figure 4a. It will be installed like this.

Incidentally, in recent years, there has been a strong demand for so-called large packaging, which increases the amount of yarn wound into one package at the same time as multi-filament winding, especially from the viewpoint of labor saving. Large packaging is most easily achieved by increasing the size of one package layer, but in such a case, the shaft of the bobbin holder of the winding machine becomes long, and the above-mentioned general spinning Among the winding machines, in the type shown in Fig. 4-a, the yarn separation angle (ct) at the final godet roller differs between each yarn. In the case of yarn, the separation of the yarn from the final godet roller is unstable, and the fluctuation of the winding tension is larger than in the case of the two trees in the middle.Especially when the spinning speed is increased, the amount of oil/water adhesion is low, or the number of single yarns is large. In some cases, the single yarn becomes open when the final godet roller comes out, and in severe cases, single yarn breakage and loops occur, making it impossible to obtain yarn with good quality.

As a method for solving the adverse effects caused by the yarn separation angle 4 caused by the spinning and winding method of the type shown in FIG. A method of regulating the final godet is also being considered. However, even with the above-mentioned winding method shown in Figure 4, when winding a large package with four or more threads, the thread separation angle (d ) cannot be made smaller, and the squeezing with the guide becomes too strong, especially when the speed is increased, and problems such as single thread separation and single thread sagging become noticeable, and this is not necessarily an effective method. be.

Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the angle at which the yarn separates from the godet roller by increasing the distance between the final godet roller and the traversing fulcrum guide in the type of spinning winder shown in Figure 4-a. This method requires the final godet roller to be positioned extremely high, and cannot be said to be an effective method from the viewpoint of workability.

That is, in the present invention, when winding a group of four or more melt-spun multifilaments onto the same winding machine via a plurality of godet rollers, the rotary shaft of the godet roller immediately before the winding machine is connected to the rotating shaft of the godet roller at the time of spinning. The other godet rollers and the rotating shaft of the bobbin holder of the winding machine are arranged so as to be perpendicular to the plane of the yarn during spinning, and the godet roller immediately before the winding machine and the This is a multi-filament spinning and winding method characterized by separating multifilament groups between a godet roller and a godet roller upstream of the godet roller.

Here, what is necessary for the spinning and winding method of taking up multiple threads and making a large package is the godet roller 4 and the bobbin holder 11 or the friction roller 9.
The axis of rotation of the godet roller 6 is perpendicular to the plane formed by the spun yarn, and the axis of rotation of the godet roller 6 is parallel to the plane formed by the spun yarn. Here, the surface formed by the spun yarn is a surface formed by vertically descending from the spinneret pack a line connecting the centers of each filament group melt-spun from the spinneret pack.

In addition, if the rotation axis of the godet roller 4.6 is configured as described above, the godet roller 4.6 will be rotated as shown in FIG.
and 6, it is necessary to separate the multifilament group into individual multifilaments, and for this purpose, for example, a separation guide 5 is used. If this separation guide 5 is not used, the pitch of the yarn path on the godet roller 6 cannot be maintained, and it becomes virtually impossible to separate the multifilament group leaving the godet roller 6 and guide it to the traverse fulcrum guide 7. Similarly, as the separation guide 5 used here, an alumina ceramic guide which is normally used as a thread guide can be preferably applied. By changing the rotation axes of the godet roller 6 and bobbin holder 11 in this way, the separation angle of the yarn coming out of the godet roller 6 (
ct) can be significantly reduced, and the component force applied to each multifilament from the godet roller 6 in the direction perpendicular to the fiber axis is reduced, making it possible to significantly reduce the variation in yarn quality between each multifilament. .

Although the case in which there are two godet rollers is used in the explanation, the present invention can be applied without any problem even when three or more godet rollers are installed.

As for the lubricating method, any known method may be used, such as a method of lubricating with an oiling roller in the take-up section or a so-called guide lubricating method of lubricating with a guide in the spinning section.

In particular, when the purpose is to reduce the spinning tension during high-speed spinning and when taking multiple threads, if oil is supplied by an oiling roller at the take-off section, the thread path angle tends to vary between the oiling roller and the godet roller 4. Since it is difficult to maintain uniform yarn quality between each multifilament, it is desirable to supply oil using a guide oil method in the spinning section.

By the way, according to the method of the present invention, the length of the bobbin holder 11 can be arbitrarily set as long as the machine space allows, and there is also a degree of freedom in the position of the godet roller 6 in the front and rear direction with respect to the machine machine surface. The position of the take-up machine in the longitudinal direction with respect to the machine stand surface can be set quite arbitrarily, and the degree of freedom in installing the take-up machine is greatly increased.

Furthermore, in order to reduce the separation angle of the yarn from the godet roller 6, it is also effective to restrict the separation angle by using a guide at the exit of the godet roller 6, as shown in FIG. However, this method is only allowed when the number of filaments to be wound on the winding machine is two at most, and it is not suitable for winding multifilament with four or more filaments in a large package, that is, when the winding width is large. teeth,
Since the angle at which the yarn is bent by the guide becomes too large, even if the angle at which the yarn leaves the godet roller 6 is small, the damage caused by the guide to the yarn is large, and especially when the speed is increased, troubles such as fuzz and single yarn wrapping occur, which is not desirable. do not have.

In contrast, according to the method of the present invention, no matter how much the winding width is, the angle at which the yarn separates from the godet roller 6 is at most about 1°, making it possible to create large packages by winding multiple yarns. Or, since the thread separation angle always remains the same regardless of whether the position of the godet roller 6 is high or low, conventionally, in order to keep the thread separation angle of the thread small to some extent, the godet roller 6 has been set at a high position even if workability is ignored. Since it is now possible to set the previously set item at a lower position, it is extremely advantageous in terms of work and is also extremely safe.
