Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent telephone set ringing due to pseudo incoming malfunction of a telephone set by using a timer to open a dial signal relay in a DC loop circuit for a prescribed time before a line is switched to a telephone device side after the data transmission to eliminate generation of a transient pulse due to polarity inversion of the line. CONSTITUTION:When a control section 9 of an emergency information device 2 detects a signal from a sensor 1, the control section 9 turns on a line closing relay CML, which changes over contacts cml1, cml2 to the DC loop circuit comprising di-T-R1 and sendor operating data is sent to the line through a data transmission section 10. Then the CML is turned off again. The a timer 15 and an OR circuit 16 are given between the control section 9 and a dial signal relay DI, th timer 15 opens a dial signal relay (contact di) for a time until the polarity is restored from the line open to open the DC loop circuit of di-T-R1 thereby restoing the polarity of an exchange 5, the control section 9 turns off the CML and the line is switched to a telephone set 11.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Conventionally, emergency notification devices of this type have been used in security systems for security protection. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, when various disaster prevention and crime prevention sensors 1 installed inside a home or an office such as a company detect an abnormality, the signal is received by an emergency notification device 2 connected to a telephone line. . When the network control unit in the emergency notification device 2 receives the abnormality detection signal, it performs an automatic dialing operation to the control center, and the dial pulse is transmitted to the exchange 5 of the central office via the telephone line 4.

FIG. 4 is a connection diagram of the emergency notification device 2 with a network control section and a telephone device. Now, when the control section 9 detects a signal from the sensor 1 (see Fig. 3), the control section 9 detects the signal from the station line connection terminal L.
The output of the incoming signal detection section 7 is monitored to see if there is a calling signal from the other party during the period L % L 2, and the control section 9 is used by the telephone device 11 connected to the telephone connection terminals T I and T 2. The output of the telephone usage detection unit 8 is monitored to see if it is in use, and if there is no output, the line closing relay CML is turned on and its contacts cml+ and cm12 are set to d.
Switch to the DC loop circuit side consisting of i-TR+. Next, the control section 9 turns the center dial number dialing signal relay DI 0N10FF, and opens and closes the contact di. A DC voltage of 48 V is applied from the telephone office between the office line connection terminals Lls and L2, and dial pulses are created at regular intervals by opening and closing the contacts di, and sent to the telephone office. When the telephone office receives the dial pulse, it calls the other party, and when the other party answers, a response signal is sent out for a certain period of time from the control center 6 (see Fig. 3). Reportedly. When the control section 9 sends the sensor alarm data to the line through the data transmitting/receiving section 10, it turns off the line closing relay CML again.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, the polarity of the line is such that before the line is closed, the station connecting terminal L+ changes to +, and the station connecting terminal L2 changes to -, and when the line is opened, the polarity between the station connecting terminal and I%L2 changes. A transient pulse of up to about 100V is generated. While this transient pulse is being generated, it lasts for several hundred milliseconds depending on the operation of the telephone exchange 5 (see Figure 3), and the incoming signal detection circuit in the telephone device 11 connected to the emergency notification device 2 is activated. Let it work,
This will cause the connected telephones 3a and 3b to ring. This is a pseudo-incoming call, which is a nuisance for the user who has installed the emergency call device 2, since the phone does not ring when the user actually receives a call, and there is no response even if the call is hooked up.

Therefore, the present invention is capable of reducing the influence of the transient pulse of polarity reversal that occurs when the line is opened in the emergency notification device as described above on the telephone device, thereby preventing the telephone from ringing due to the false call reception malfunction of the telephone device. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an emergency notification device that enables the following.

Means for Solving the Problems The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problems is to keep the dial signal relay contact in the DC loop circuit constant after data transmission and before switching the line to the telephone device side. A DC loop opening time is created by opening the dial signal using a timer, and after the dial signal relay contact is closed again, the line closing relay contact is switched to the telephone device side.

Due to the configuration of the emergency notification device of the present invention described above, the timer 1
5, the dial signal relay contact di is opened for the time E from when the line is opened until the polarity is restored to its original state, and the DC loop circuit consisting of di and TR+ (see Figure 4) is opened. (see figure), and then the control unit 9 turns off the line closing relay CML shown in Figure 4.
and switch the line to the telephone device 11 side. In this way, after data transmission, when the telephone line is opened, a transient pulse with polarity reversal is no longer generated, thereby eliminating false incoming call malfunctions of the telephone device 11, and preventing the telephones 3a and 3b from ringing.

Effects of the Invention As can be seen from the above explanation, the emergency call device of the present invention includes a timer and an OR circuit between the control unit and the dial relay, so that the emergency call device of the present invention has a timer and an OR circuit installed between the control unit and the dial relay, so that the contact point of the line closing relay returns to the incoming call detection side. By opening the dial signal relay contact in the DC loop creation circuit using a timer for a certain period of time, closing the dial signal relay contact again, and then returning the line closing relay,
This eliminates the generation of transient pulses due to polarity reversal of the line, eliminates false incoming call malfunctions of the telephone device, and has the effect of preventing the telephone from ringing.
