[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention is in the field of a deaeration method for preventing blisters from occurring in a waterproof sheet after waterproofing the roof of a concrete building, etc. In detail, it relates to watertight treatment at the location where the deaeration panel used in the deaeration method is installed.

<Conventional technology> When performing sheet waterproofing on the roof of a building, etc., residual solvent evaporates due to the moisture contained in the waterproof base such as concrete and the insufficient drying of the adhesive used to bond the base surface and the waterproof sheet. Blisters may appear on the waterproof material sheet due to such reasons.

Not only is this blistering undesirable in appearance, but the air pressure inside the blistering changes due to the influence of temperature, which causes the sheet to expand and contract, and if repeated over a long period of time, it becomes a factor that accelerates the deterioration of the sheet itself.

Therefore, various deaeration methods are being considered in sheet waterproofing work. Specifically, a partially cylindrical deaeration tower (9) and a disc-shaped deaeration plate (9) are placed on the roof surface to deaeration the roof. There are systems that do this, insert a breathable ventilation tape between the tarpaulin and the base, and remove air from the end of the tarpaulin.
Alternatively, a method is being used in which a deaeration plate is used in combination with this.

However, when the deaeration tower is disposed on the rooftop surface, the deaeration tower becomes an obstacle for walking, and the drain is clogged with foreign matter, causing the rooftop to flood and water flowing into the deaeration tower.

In addition, when using ventilation tape, it is laid over the entire surface of the waterproof base and then a waterproof sheet is applied to the surface, which is useful for preventing blisters, but since the terminal is open, it prevents rainwater from getting around. It is necessary to take sufficient measures against negative wind pressure to partially bond the ventilation grooves so as not to fill them up, and in addition, because the deaeration port is installed at the rising part, the construction area is large. In some cases, there are disadvantages such as difficulty in degassing.

The method of installing the deaeration board is that the deaeration board is approximately flat, so it does not obstruct walking, there is no need to open the terminal, and there are no restrictions on the installation location of the deaeration port, so it is easy to install the deaeration board regardless of the size of the construction area. It is widely used because there are fewer difficulties due to differences. Therefore, various types of plastic or metal deaeration plates have been developed and are now in general use.

<Problems> Due to the fact that the waterproof sheet and the deaeration board, which are made of different materials, and the expansion sheet and the deaeration board are forcibly glued together, the adhesive force is weak, and the long-term adhesion required for sheet waterproofing construction. Difficulty holding power. Furthermore, the difference in expansion rates between the two accelerates deterioration at the joint, resulting in loss of watertightness and the intrusion of rainwater between the deaerator and the expansion sheet, making it even more likely to cause blisters. Therefore, the adhesion of the sealing material further deteriorates, resulting in the disadvantage that accidents leading to water leakage are more likely to occur in the park for a short period of time.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a gambling board-like deaeration board made of Plus Deck which is sintered and has fine communication holes, and is placed on the F ground. After installing it in the degassing hole of the pasted tarpaulin sheet, completely cover the degassing board with a breathable sheet that has the same quality or affinity as the tarpaulin sheet, and glue or glue the joint between the breathable sheet and the tarpaulin sheet. They are integrated by welding, and the outer peripheral edge of the breathable sheet is filled with a sealing material.

Effect> In the present invention, the deaeration plate is completely covered with the breathable sheet by the above means, so that the deaeration plate is not exposed. In addition, it is possible to bond or weld a waterproof sheet and a breathable sheet of the same quality or affinity without forcibly adhering a degassing plate and a breathable sheet made of different materials, or a degassing plate and a waterproof sheet. As a result, the two are firmly and integrally bonded, making it possible to maintain watertightness for a long period of time.

The breathable sheet (4) is a sheet having the same quality or affinity as the waterproof sheet (B), and has a density of 20,000 to 25,000 pieces/m in order to obtain approximately the same level of breathability as the degassing plate (1). The fine holes (5) are opened and the water pressure resistance is 250n or more, and the thickness is 1.5~2.0wm and the diameter is 150~25mm.
This breathable sheet (4
) to completely cover the deaeration plate (1), and at the same time, the joint (6) between the breathable sheet (4) and the waterproof sheet (B) is bonded together with adhesive or welding, and further The circumferential end of the breathable sheet (4) is coated with a silicone-based or urethane-based elastic sealing material (D) having a width of about 5 to 10wn1.
Filling process is carried out. The above-mentioned integral adhesion of the sheets can be achieved by applying a good solvent common to the breathable sheet (4) and the waterproof sheet (B) to both sides of the sheets and pressing them together, or by heating both sides of the sheets together with hot air. Press down and fuse both sides together, or use regular adhesive.

In addition, we used a new ventilation tester manufactured by Toyo Seiki (A). After attaching a ventilation sheet to one end of the cylinder, suction was performed using a rheostat so that the inclined barometer indicated a pressure of 1.27 ccm of water column. Adjust the pump and pass the test piece according to the table attached to the test machine based on the pressure indicated by the vertical barometer and the type of air hole used. Fix the deaeration board in the hole, then cover the deaeration board with a breathable sheet that has the same quality or affinity as the waterproof sheet, and integrally glue the joint between the waterproof sheet and the breathable sheet. At the same time, the edge of the breathable sheet is filled with a sealant, so even if the waterproof sheet and the degassing board are different and it is difficult to bond them directly, the degassing board can be completely covered with the breathable sheet. Since the covering and breathable sheet and the waterproof sheet are of the same quality or have affinity, the sheets can be integrally bonded to each other and their adhesive performance can be maintained over a long period of time.As a result, watertightness can also be maintained over a long period of time. In addition, the edges of the breathable sheet are also watertight.
It is even stronger and has far fewer water leakage accidents than conventional methods.
