Claims

a recessed groove provided outside the range of the console door in the upper part of the console box main body; an arm pivotally attached to the rear end of the groove and retractable within the groove; and fixed to the front end of the arm;
an armrest that occupies a position in contact with the inclined surface of the console box body when the arm is in the groove, and whose upper surface reaches a predetermined height above the console door when the arm is rotated by a predetermined angle; and an armrest upper surface. A console box device comprising: a stay that holds an armrest at a position where the armrest is at the above-mentioned height.
