[Technical Field] The present invention relates to a method for chemically treating wood veneers, such as dyeing and bleaching. [Background Art] Conventionally, when chemical treatments such as bleaching and dyeing are applied to wooden veneers, it is widely known that the effects of the chemical treatment vary significantly depending on the characteristics of the wooden veneers. Therefore, it has become necessary to layer the material according to its characteristics and to perform chemical treatment for each of the same or substantially the same layers. However, there are various characteristics that wood veneers have, and it is difficult to clearly determine which characteristics should be used for stratification.
)t-CObject of the invention] The present invention is a tree! After a long period of research and development, the inventor discovered the characteristics that most easily affect the treatment effect when chemically treating veneers. The purpose of this invention is to provide society with a chemical treatment method for wood veneers that can reliably perform chemical treatment with little variation according to its stratification, thereby contributing to the development of this industry.

The present invention will be explained in detail below. The present invention measures the bending strength of wood veneers made by rotary cutting logs such as agathis wood, white seraya wood, and rapula wood, and cuts them into predetermined sizes. The boards are stratified and the stratified wooden boards are subjected to chemical treatments such as dyeing, bleaching, and hot water washing. In the present invention, chemical treatments include decolorization treatment, hot water washing treatment, dyeing treatment, etc., but the scope of the present invention also applies to other chemical treatments, such as synthetic resin impregnation treatment and wood softening treatment. Naturally, it is included in [Effects of the Invention] The present invention performs chemical treatment on rice veneers by stratifying them according to their bending strength values. The bending strength is measured in advance and stratified according to bending strength, which has the effect of allowing chemical treatment to be carried out accurately and with ease.
