体の出入口の直径より小径となつているので、蓋
体が中空円錐状に形成されていることとあわせ
て、撹拌ドラムから急激に排出されようとする内
容物は、その排出が著しく抑えられる結果、アダ
プタからは常に内容物を適量にしかも円滑に排出
させることが可能となる。更に、排出用のアダプ
タはその一方端に設けた覆蓋を、撹拌ドラムの開
口面を被覆する蓋体の内容物出入口に、この出入
口を開閉する開閉蓋と同様に係止部材を利用して
一動作で着脱することが出来るので、内容物の排
出作業を迅速容易に行うことが出来る。又、内容
物の排出は撹拌ドラムに排出用のアダプタと蓋体
とによつて漏斗を形成させた状態で行うため、撹
拌ドラム内に内容物の一部が残留しやすくなる
が、本案は蓋体の内側面に設けた排出案内板によ
り、撹拌ドラムの回転を利用して内容物を掻き上
げながらアダプターに排出させる構造となつてい
るため、撹拌ドラム内の内容物を完全にしかも容
易に排出させることが出来る。しかも、排出用の
アダプタ、蓋体、開閉蓋はそれぞれ個別に着脱す
ることが出来るので、容易に水洗することが可能
となり、その管理保管を衛生的に行い得る。更
に、排出用アダプタには筒状となつた布製のガイ
ドを用いることにより粉の飛散、舞い上りを著し
く抑えることが出来る等、本案の排出装置は、排
出作業を安全にしかも円滑容易に行い得ることは
勿論、装置自体も簡素な構成で安価に製作するこ
とが出来る実用上幾多の優れた効果を有するもの
である。
