Abstract

PURPOSE:To show clearly the stop position of a lever and also to facilitate a resetting operation of the lever, by preventing the return of the lever which drives a medium chucking mechanism with a lock mechanism and releasing the lock mechanism by means of a push button. CONSTITUTION:A recording medium is loaded through a medium inserting port 5 and a lever 1 which drives a medium chucking mechanism is turned clockwise by 90 deg.. Thus the medium is coupled to a spindle and at the same time the lever 1 is locked by a clock mechanism 3 which is pressed by a plate spring 6.
