2. Description of the Related Art When soundproofing a component body such as a cylinder head cover of an engine, it is considered effective to provide a soundproofing cover to cover the space while separating it from the space, and this has been adopted heretofore. Since it is desirable that the above-mentioned space be formed as a closed space in order to improve the soundproofing effect, the prior art also
1888 has been disclosed. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, a soundproof cover 2 is disposed on the outer side of the cylinder head cover 1 to cover it, and a closed space 3 is formed. In order to form a closed space 3, an elastic member 4 is interposed in the form of a string between the cylinder cover 1 and the soundproof cover 2.

The method for attaching the above structure is to first attach a rubber-like elastic member 4 manufactured by vulcanization molding with a mold to the outer periphery of the cylinder head cover 1 in the form of a string using an adhesive, and then An integrated structure is adopted in which an adhesive is applied to the soundproof cover 2 and a soundproof cover 2 is placed over it.

As described above, in the prior art, the elastic member 4 must be manufactured separately, and it is necessary to bond it together.

Furthermore, an adhesive with excellent adhesive properties must be used. Therefore, it is expensive. Furthermore, poor adhesion of the elastic member 4, which is a vulcanized rubber component, occurs, resulting in problems that degrade the quality of the product.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a method for installing a soundproof cover that can be installed reliably and easily, does not require adhesive, and can be carried out at low cost. The purpose is to provide a method.

Means to Solve the Problems To solve this problem, the present invention attaches a spacer piece with a height suitable for the closed space on the part body, and also attaches a reaction hardening type slime-like string to the outer peripheral surface of the part body. After applying the material to an appropriate thickness to fill the closed space, the soundproofing cover is pressed onto the main body of the component via the upper spacer piece and the sticky material, and the soundproofing cover is fixed by curing of the reaction-curing sticky material at the top. The present invention is characterized by a method of attaching a soundproof cover that is brought into close contact with the main body of the component and forms a closed space via the spacer piece.

実施例 以下、本方法特許の実施例を図面に基づき説明する。Example Hereinafter, embodiments of this method patent will be described based on the drawings.

Next, as shown in FIG. 2, a non-solvent reaction hardening type sticky material 7 is extruded from a tube 8 or the like and applied in a string shape (for example, 8 nm in diameter) around the degreased area of the cylinder head cover 1. The thickness is set to an appropriate value to form the closed space 3 shown in FIG. 5, and the coating is applied in a heaping manner.

After applying the slimy material 7, the soundproof cover 2 is immediately placed over the cylinder head cover 1, as shown in FIG. By applying the slime-like member 7 to an appropriate height, the slime-like member 7 is interposed between the cylinder head force bar 1 and the soundproof cover 3 in a crushed state. If left in this state for about a day and night, the mucus-like member 7 will harden as described above and turn into a rubber-like material, and will be applied to the cylinder 7, the cover 1 and the soundproof cover 2.

Although the present embodiment has a plurality of steps as described above, each step is performed in an extremely short time and easily, and the work is performed extremely quickly compared to the prior art. Furthermore, since no vulcanized molded product is used and no adhesive is required, the process can be carried out at low cost. Furthermore, the closed space 3 is more reliable than in the prior art.
