[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention is applicable to files that can be repeatedly opened and closed, office supplies such as envelopes, books, or packaging containers such as boxes that can be temporarily closed and opened. It's about a binder to keep it in place.

Traditionally, fasteners associated with clothing, stationery, and packaging containers include buttons, koze, snaps, hooks, eyelets, zippers (zippers), hook-and-loop fasteners, obi seals, rubber bands, strings, and adhesive tape (cellophane). There are many examples of fasteners such as tape), but some of these can be used repeatedly and others can be used only once, and such fasteners are bulky, difficult to operate, There are disadvantages such as losing it or even damaging the other side.

In order to solve the above problems, the binder of the present invention provides an adhesive layer on one end of a flexible base material, and covers the other end with a release paper through the adhesive layer. The company adopted a method of providing a non-migration adhesive layer with a 30-migration adhesive layer.

One adhesive layer of the binder of the present invention is attached to the main body side which is usually fixed when opening and closing, and the other adhesive layer is attached to the other side (for example, in the case of a file or a book).
If the main body side is the back cover, the other side is the cover; in the case of a box, if the main body side is the bottom box, the other side is the lid or lid box). Crimp the parts by straddling them with some tension. As a result, one end of the substrate and the non-migration adhesive layer are directly adhered to their respective surfaces, and the opening/closing portion remains closed by the tension of the substrate. However, since the contact surface between the non-migration adhesive layer and the base material is weaker than the adhesive force (adhesive force) of the adhesive layer and is peelable, peeling and adhesion are appropriately repeated on this contact surface. In other words, the opening/closing part will be easily opened/closed accordingly.

First, the base material 1 in this invention is a core part of the binder, and is made of a material that has mechanical strength, such as tensile strength, which is essential for a binder, and has excellent flexibility, such as plastic or elastomer. There is no particular limitation as long as it is a film or sheet made of a synthetic polymer material such as, a nonwoven fabric or knitted fabric made of fibers, or a composite or laminate based on these. The shape of the base material is shown in Figure 1-1 and Figure 1.
It is not limited to the array type or the strip type as illustrated in FIG.

Next, an adhesive layer 4 is applied to one end 2 of such a base material 1.
However, the adhesive used for the adhesive layer 4 is a general pressure-sensitive (pressure) or heat-sensitive (heating) adhesive, which is generally preferred. In addition, when using a pressure sensitive adhesive, it is preferable to cover the adhesive layer 4 with a release paper 3. Also the other end 5
is provided with a non-migration adhesive layer 8 covered with a release paper 7 via an adhesive layer 6. Here, the adhesive layers 4 and 6 are generally preferred to be ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesives with high adhesive strength. For example, a 25 mm wide sample was pasted on an adherend, pressed with a rubber roller, and exposed outdoors for one month. The adhesive has an adhesive force of 2000 g/25 mm or more when peeled off at 180°. Note that the adhesive layer 4 and the non-migration adhesive layer 8 covered with a release paper 7 via the adhesive layer 6 are provided on the opposite surface of the base material 1 as shown in FIG. 2-1. It may also be provided on the same surface as shown in Figure 2-2. For example, when attaching to file 9, it may be installed as appropriate depending on which method is shown in Figure 3-1 or Figure 3-2. Just choose. In addition, the non-migrating adhesive layer 8 in the present invention has a non-migrating and weak adhesive force (in terms of numerical values based on the above measurement method, for example, less than 2000 g/25 mm, especially less than about 100 g/25 mm when peeling is facilitated). ), so in normal cases, a coating for smoothing the synthetic resin surface of the base material 1 or the surface of the base material 1 (the non-migration adhesive layer 8 is not effective on rough surfaces). Since the self-adhesion of the synthetic resin to the surface is utilized, a synthetic resin whose degree of polymerization and amount of additives (plasticizers, thickeners, etc.) are adjusted is used, and this non-migration adhesive layer 8 and the base Peeling will be repeated at the contact surface with the material 1. Such a non-migration adhesive layer 8 is known as, for example, Onetack N manufactured by Nippon Kako Paper Industries.

Note that, in order to adjust the adhesive force at the contact surface between the non-migration adhesive layer 8 and the base material 1, the present invention may also be applied by making small holes in the non-migration adhesive layer 8 (including the adhesive layer 6 if necessary). It does not cause any hindrance in any way.

If the non-migration adhesive layer 8 and the adhesive layer 6 are provided with small holes in this way, for example, it can be attached to the mouth of a container containing a fragrance or the like, and the position of the base material 1 in contact with this can be shifted as appropriate. Since the binder of the present invention can be completely sealed or partially opened as desired, it can also be used for purposes other than as a binder (as a lid material for adjusting the amount of fragrance).

According to the binder of this invention, it is not bulky and easy to operate, one end is firmly fixed to the adherend so it will not be lost, and the other end is a non-migration adhesive fixed to the adherend. Since peeling and adhesion are repeated at the interface between layer 8 and base material 1, there is no damage to the other material, and the adhesive force of non-migration adhesive layer 8 is considerably weaker than that of ordinary pressure-sensitive adhesives. Therefore, contamination with dust does not occur, and even if dust does adhere, it can be easily removed, so it can be used for a long time while maintaining its adhesive strength. Furthermore, it is easy to enhance the decorative effect by appropriately changing the shape, material, color (coloring, printing, etc.) of the base material 1, and this invention can be said to be extremely significant.
