In FIGS. 1 and 2, a conveyor 1 randomly transports a large number of foods p, p, Place it and move it in the direction of the white arrow from the upstream side to the downstream side. Both A and B are belt devices, each of which consists of a pair of rolls 2 vertically installed on the surface of a conveyor 1.
and 3, and an endless belt 4 spanning between them.
Therefore, the lower edge of the belt 4 is left with a slight clearance from the upper surface of the conveyor 1. Belt device A is provided on the downstream side, and belt device B is provided on the upstream side, and the belt 4 is caused to circulate by driving each roll 2 to rotate with power. The belt 4 of the belt device B is for guiding the food products p, p, ... on the surface of the conveyor 1 in a certain diagonal direction pointing downstream on the surface of the conveyor 1. 4 is
The foods p, p, ... that are sent away from the downstream end of the belt device B by the running thereof are guided in an oblique direction that points downstream in a dogleg-shaped relationship with the above-mentioned oblique direction. It is for. Furthermore, a difference is provided between the running speed of belt 4 of belt device B and the running speed of belt 4 of belt device A, and the running speed of belt 4 of belt device B is set to be higher than the running speed of belt 4 of belt device A. be done.

To explain the action of arranging the foods on the conveyor into a single column, a large number of foods p, p,... placed on the conveyor 1 and sent are first conveyed by the belt 4 of the upstream belt device B. Although the belt 4 is dammed up, since the belt 4 runs in an oblique direction pointing downstream, it sequentially moves toward its downstream end. Next, the food leaves the downstream end and moves in the direction of the white arrow again, and although the intervals in the feed direction are uneven, they are almost in a single vertical column, and in this state, they are transferred to the belt device A. reach The running speed of the belt 4 of the belt device A is smaller than the running speed of the belt 4 of the belt device B, so that irregularities in the spacing between the foodstuffs arriving at the belt device A cannot be adjusted on the surface of the belt 4 of the device. As shown in the first figure, they are arranged almost in a straight line at equal intervals.
This alignment effect is achieved by configuring the effective length of the area where the belt 4 contacts the food so that the effective length m of the belt device A is larger than the effective length n of the belt device B. , is achieved even more favorably. Food products p, p, ... leaving the downstream end of belt device A
After that, the sweets move together with the conveyor 1 in a single file in the direction of the white arrow, but the intervals between the sweets at this time are such that they have already been arranged at equal intervals on the surface of the belt 4 of the belt device A. Therefore, they are naturally sent out at approximately equal intervals. In addition, in order to perform the above-mentioned food alignment operation more strictly, there is a
Furthermore, it is effective to attach a belt device C having the same configuration, and in this case, the burden of the alignment-related functions shared by each belt device is further reduced, resulting in even more accurate alignment. It is easy to see that the effect is achieved.
Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the arrangement of the belt device A and the belt device B on the plan view is as follows.
The confectionery to be guided is arranged so that the path is bent in a dogleg shape between them, and this arrangement makes the limited surface area of the conveyor 1 as effective as possible. It is intended to be used. In addition, by configuring the mounting angles θ a θ b of the belt devices A and B with respect to the conveyor conveyance direction to be variable, and configuring the drive speeds of each of the belt devices A and B to be independently adjustable, This is more convenient in achieving the purpose appropriately depending on the shape of the confectionery, the degree of hardness and softness, etc.

た効果がある。 Since the device of the present invention is constructed as described above, it has an extremely simple construction that allows a large number of foods placed irregularly on the conveyor to be arranged in a single column on the moving conveyor, and It is possible to arrange the individual vertical distances of the arranged foods to be approximately equal, and to meet arbitrary demands for the number of foods to be fed within a unit time and the distance in the front and back direction of the foods to be fed. It has the excellent effect of being able to meet a wide range of requirements.

装置。1. A device that aligns a large number of foods that are irregularly placed on a conveyor and transported from upstream to downstream in a single column on a moving conveyor, and is installed vertically on the conveyor surface. It is composed of a pair of rolls and an endless belt stretched between them, and by rotating one of the rolls, the belt is circulated with a slight clearance between the lower edge of the belt and the conveyor surface. Two sets of belt devices are installed above the conveyor surface, one set is provided on the downstream side and the other set is provided on the upstream side, and the belt of the upstream belt device B moves the food onto the conveyor surface. The food being conveyed by the belt of the downstream belt device A away from the downstream end of the belt device B is guided in a certain diagonal direction pointing downstream at the top, and the food being conveyed by the belt of the downstream belt device A away from the downstream end of the belt device B is guided further in a diagonal direction pointing downstream. Each belt device is arranged so as to be bent in the cross direction and guided from belt device B to belt device A in a “dog” shape, and the above two sets of belt devices are bent at the installation angle of each oblique direction. It is characterized in that it is installed in a changeable manner, that the effective length of belt device A is greater than the effective length of belt device B, and that the running speed of the belt of belt device B is greater than the running speed of the belt of belt device A. Food column alignment device.
