を押込み板を用いて順次丸め用ダイスへ挿入しゴムマグ
ネット帯を環状に形成するとともに押込み棒によってモ
ータケースに内装するようになっている。しかしゴムマ
グネット帯の表面は平滑であるため複数のゴムマグネッ
ト帯を密着状態にして装填する従来の方法では隣接する
ゴムマグネット帯の表面どうしがくっついてしまい丸め
用ダイスへの挿入が円滑に行えないという問題があった
。そこで、このゴムマグネット帯どうしが接着するのを
防止するためにゴムマグネット帯の表面に粉体等を散布
することが試みられた。その結果ゴムマグネット帯どう
しの接着性は多少緩和されるが、モータに組込まれてか
ら、モータ内の他の部分に即ちコミュテータ−や、ブラ
シ等に上記粉体が悪影響を及ぼすという欠点が生じるこ
とがわかった。
