Furthermore, in the mist method, there are many unstable factors in forming the balance between the charging of the mist and the electrostatic field, and good printing quality has not been obtained.

In the embodiment, when a current is applied to the heating element of the heat-sensitive spatula r1, heat is generated, and the ink 3 in the many holes 2a of the film 2 is heated by the heating element, bubbles are generated, and the ink is ejected in the form of a mist. This is a fact known as the so-called Pubble Noette.

い。At this time, since a voltage is applied to the platen 4, an electrostatic field is generated in the recording medium 5, and the mist is attracted in that direction to form a print on the recording medium 5. In this case, since the film 2 is provided with the bias means 6b, the effect of attracting the mist is sufficiently exhibited. The thin film 2 is a thin film of several tens of microns to several hundred microns, and has many holes 2a of several tens of microns to several hundred microns in size. These holes are smaller than the heating element, and it is better to have a larger number.

You can move to the ink supply and refill it. The ink agent may be either water-based or oil-based, and its boiling point is 100°C.
~ several hundred degrees C is good. Further, since a normal thermal head is sufficient, the price can be reduced.
