装置において、前記板ばねは中央部で直交するよう形成
されたＵ字状の２枚の板ばねよりなり、かつその上側の
板ばねの中央頂部に前記ゲツターメタルを保持する爪部
材を形成してなることを特徴とする真空二重ガラス管型
