Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an optimum visible field following a change in a driving position, by adjusting a reflective direction of a drive information display light according to a seat slide position. CONSTITUTION:A reflector plate 7 is provided to form an image reflected by a reflector mirror 3 at a front position of a wind shield glass in such a manner that an angle of the reflector plate 7 is adjustable. A position of driver's eyes is computed from a sensor 15 for detecting a driver's seat slide position, a sensor 16 for detecting a tilt angle of a seat back and a sensor 17 for detecting a head rest position. Driving signals are output from a controller 18 constituted of a microcomputer to a vertical direction adjusting motor 10 and a horizontal direction adjusting motor 13, so as to adjust inclination of the reflector plate 7. Thus, the angle of the reflector plate 7 is adjusted in conformity with the direction to the position of the driver's eyes when the driver sits on the seat.
